Carry a bottle of household ammonia. Battery acid is like 30% sulfuric acid, weak compared to some drain cleaners. Ammonia will neutralize the acid no problem.

Carry a small bottle with Phosphat Buffer solution (can buy it). So wash the acid away / get a neutal pH on the skinn and eyes and thats it
