What type of vehicles would you make, and what would you put on 'em?
Jow Forums develops vehicles
based
big fan of drop ships.,.i would make drop ships.
I got moar
>Not taming beasts
Yugo BOV with various configurations in AA,AT,AP,Utility etc. and sell to africa or south america .
The Voretank: it devours enemy infantry
Post a cheaper MRLS
>protip: you can't
DEJA VU
A replacement for the m113
I was thinking about a vehicle of 13 tons that is focus on modularity.
So basically you pay your 400,000 and you get your little boxy tracked APC:360° protection from small guns, 2+12 passengers , IED resistant sensors a good engine with 500/700hp. The vehicle in this state doesn't harm roads and it can be transported via c130
Then you get packages and modules for different missions.
War kit: extra lateral and frontal protection, remote controlled gun/grenade launcher.
19/20 ton
IFV: a remote controlled 30mm a coaxial machine gun and the war kit 24/25 ton
Anti tank/IFV: the aforementioned turret and a couple of spikes
Etc...
Everything has to be able to be installed quickly and even on the field.
I will ride shiny and chrome
Unmanned drone tanks with 120s. And even support and logistics robot vehicles to handle their resupply.
And then give them Tay/2nd amendment tier AIs so they view themselves as sentient weapons who deserve rights and worship an abstract weapons god.
Like Skynet but more anticommie and muh freedoms. And they have the right to vote because tank lives matter.
Make my taco into a ghetto technical if that counts.
looks comfy, where from?
I don't remember, user, sorry
Maybe dinotopia? I loved those books as a kid
400/650 CC dualsport with a rifle holster, maybe a special luggage rack or possibly even platform for an ATGM or light AT weapon
ATV with a mounted ATGM or HMG/Grenade launcher
Additionally might as well make a version with MANPADS for both of those
Reminds me of this
>driver/gunner
>25/30mm main gun for main gunner
>.50cal driver/shooter while driving
>extra optronics mast
>modular aft fit for apc up to 2 crew gunners+6 seated, gpmgs +40mm
>route clearance grenades, omnidirectional smoke grenades
>other fire support versions with mortar, suav/recce drones fitted etc
>for redundancy two reliable engines commonality with a light tactical/mrap, only one engaged for regular patrol speed. Swap out for a hybrid drive for silent engagement.
Retain Wiesel like offroad and trench-runner capabilities. Assaulting objectives in teams, offloading men and then working together, gunners knowing location of all men in the field. Push vehicles and go through compound walls.
Remake these bad boys. All metal construction, thin tires, update the suspension for off road and replace rear area hatch window to have a 360 grenade launching system.
Can you do any better than the Pelican from Halo though?
No thanks, I don't want to know what it feels like to be thrown through a windshield at 30mph.
Eh, it shits thrust literally in the area that the troops run out of. Just imagine standing that close to the exhaust of 4 jet engines that are pushing enough power to hover an aircraft. I don't know why it's so highly revered with that obvious flaw.
WITNESSED
Only because the chinks (and some other countries that got the license for the design) produced this shit en masse and willing to take token payment simply to get rid of them to make room for new stuff.
A more modern version of Type-63 is this; a mrl version of 2.75 inch hydra rocket launcher
Speed Agile is pretty much an in-atmo Pelican
looks like a B-2 with a cargo ramp and v-tail
