I only like him because he’s the only one I’ve seen who tries to apply real life medieval weapons and shit to fantasy which soothes my autism

I particularly enjoy the castle videos. He did a pretty good series on effective and realistic castle construction in Conan Exiles. Even had game play footage of him and one friend successfully holding off a raid party of 6-8 people because of both their skill and the design of their castle.

I am currently watching the video on rooms of a castle. This is definitely his forte. Much better than some of his other content.

Oh yeah, he does a lot more guesswork on weapons which I presume is because he does not engage in any training or mock combat with them. He also does a good job on armor.

If you want weapons and armor info on middle ages and ancient kit then Metatron is the guy to watch. Never seen this Scholagladiatoria fellow other anons keep mentioning.

Knyght Errant is also very good for armor. He's laser focused on 14th and 15th century armor, and he's extremely knowledgeable about it.

The reason he's so good with castles is that he actually is an architect so he understand the whole engineering side of them, i kinda wish he did more videos analyzing specific places but i think he's done decent enough videos breaking down the physics of fantasy stuff.

Scholagladiatoria is the bald bloke that runs his own fencing academy and knows every kind of sword between the 15th and 20th century ever, does videos of mostly talking and showing every dent and scratch on an antique from his stash.
