I'm a pessimist in practice but these guys are the strongest mfers I have ever had. literally step on their tails and they just look at me...no whining
the response to the new diet have been very good. The orange guy went from 50 to 35 pounds in ten days but has picked up five pounds since and is showing signs of returning to something close to normal. The brindle guy wasnt hit as hard but is responding well (albeit slower)

Why do people like KLR 650s so much? They're like the worst dual sport bikes for offroading. Little suspension travel and aaalll that stupid plastic to get broken. I'd take a Suzy DR 650 or a Honda XR 650 over that any day. Plus aftermarket luggage racks look a lot better that those ugly ass ones KLR's usually have on them.

Cheap and reliable with a large aftermarket.
8 in of suspension travel is good enough (tm) when you upgrade the suspension.
It will never be a trials bike, but it'll get you damn near anywhere in the US
XR650ls don't last long in the heat here and DR650's are uncommon.
You can do a lot worse for a dualsport/adv bike than an upgraded KLR.
