Important, but not as important as mobility/endurance.

Also, remember it takes a lot of calories/protein/carbs to maintain a muscular physique.

Social skills and survival skills are more important. Be able to hold up your rifle for a few minutes and hike several miles with 50lbs or crap on your back is about it.

Endurance and stamina are better than lifting 1/100 of a pallet jack.

It's very important, especially for casualty evacuations. Combat is mostly a mental endurance sport, but you also have to be strong enough to do a very ugly, bastardized hybrid of a deadlift, power clean, and front squat to get your wounded buddy on your shoulders when he goes down. Marathon running isn't gonna teach that.

When I first joined the military, I was pretty scrawny so the hikes and forced marches killed me. I got better at it while putting on muscle, and they became easier for me. You absolutely must be in ok shape (be thin and able to do any bodyweight exercise 20 times at the absolute minimum). After that point you still benefit, but after you can lift 1/2/3/4 plate your returns diminish quickly. However, you can't ever have too high a stamina, too much agility or be too fast, period.

Gonna take a lot of calories to feed muscles. And preferably you have a gun or a knife. Its leagues better than being a fat ass or a vegan who's never been to the gym. But it's not insanely important.

You need to hit the sweet spot with excellent endurance, cardio and some strength. If you don't have time to train for all of it cardio gets priority because it'll help you live even when all things are good. No need to be xbox hueg or some pro lifter.

Cardio and endurance are the most important. Raw strength isn’t bad but it takes a lot to get there and maintain, which can be completely disastrous when the supply trains are fucked and food is scarce. Even if you can deadlift a semi if you can’t hike/ruck at least a few miles carrying some gear without becoming completely exhausted and needing an entire chicken to sate hunger your gym rat gains won’t really mean shit, especially since firearms are now used instead of grug clubs.

1/2/3/4 is a reasonable goal for a normal sized adult male.

Every man should be strong. Physical training including and not limited to weight lifting also increases ones mental fortitude.
Guns may eliminate the need to swing the sword down hard on an opponent but not the need for a good baseline of strength:

as long as you have the strength necessary to carry all of your gear comfortably it's all endurance from then onwards

The most important physical aspect for surviving the boogaloo is being overweight.
Having endurance and strength is meaningless once you run out of food.

Probably WIS is the strongest stat for any class in SHTF; Medicine, Perception, and Survival checks are all based on it. Second place is CON, again for everybody, because your saves against poison, disease, and exhaustion will all be based on it, and everybody could use more hitpoints.
After that, it's all a matter of class selection. If your class calls for more long-distance mobility, you'll want STR to keep your encumbrance threshold up. It's also useful for melee combat, but that's a last resort in SHTF conditions even for STR whores. Other than that it's only really good for Athletics checks, which can often be avoided. However, if you're going to focus more on ranged combat, DEX increases your ranged attack and damage rolls, and even your AC. On top of all that, it boosts your Stealth checks. As if that weren't enough, it even adds to your Initiative checks. DEX is the clear winner here.
That just leaves us with INT and CHA. It's pretty clear that from a pure optimization standpoint, INT should be more useful. At least try to make sure you don't have a negative modifier, so you can identify things somewhat reliably. That said, you want to make sure at least one person on the team didn't dump CHA, because it's important for Diplomacy, Intimidate, and Deception rolls. If you're going to have any amount of NPC interaction, somebody has to put a few points in this. The last thing you want is to piss off the merchants.
So that leaves us with a stat lineup that looks like this, for a lone character in an SHTF scenario:
WIS>CON>DEX>STR>INT>CHA
Of course you want to make sure you have a diverse party of specialists for optimal group balance, but this array should be best in solo play.
