japan, because japanese fighters can use the type 99 aam or aam-4b, which is a pretty badass mraam equipped with an aesa seeker, has a longer operational range and self-homing distance than that of aim-120c south korea uses. afaik, aim-120d hasn't been exported to korea yet, so japan's at an advantage in terms of bvr engagement.

Singapore's F-15 already bagged 2018 American Red Flag exercise "Outstanding Aircraft Maintenance Unit" and "Overall Outstanding Mission Commander" award and for 2015 Red Flag "Best Personnel Rescue Warrior", "Best Aircraft Maintenance Unit", "Best Overall Mission Commander" award. Plus, Singapore's F-15SG are training much harder and having more flightime than both Korea or Japan, making Singapore F-15SG pilot are more experienced, professional and better even when facing either American of Israeli.

Not to disrespect a post that posts info but please keep in mind Japan missiles haven't had the amount of launches american missiles have had for both air to air and air to ground. With this kind of things (just like with the F14 AIM64) "100% hit chance" means jack shit when you count non combat scenarios or less than 100 launches.
