I shot this gun for the first time today and I was amazed by how remarkably inaccurate I was with it. I tried everything under the sun and I could simply not hit a single fucking thing with any sort of precision. I shot my buddy's Glock 29 10mm and I was dead accurate so I don't think there was anything horribly wrong with my form. Do new guns need to be immediately sighted or is there something about this gun that makes it shoot different from the rest?

Git gud.
Try a Springfield xd mod 2 .45 sub compact 3.3 inch....I got rid of all my s&w products except the Governor. after I shot the shield 9mm and bodyguard 380...overpriced garbage
Upper left is the shield. Upper right is the glock. 5 shots with each
make sure you're wearing proper ear pro
slow the fuck down
steady trigger squeeze until you hit the break
aim for one target, fire five shots, come back, see how you did
try to keep those groups as tight as possible.
For practice, I like the "multi-target" targets, as they allow you to fire, say, five shots at each diamond, and see how you're improving.

>is there something about this gun that makes it shoot different from the rest?
its small
small guns suck, they have harsher recoil, shorter sight radius, and not enough area to grip.
this makes em uncomfortable and hard to shoot. deal with it by practicing.
I mean, that's not that inaccurate. You should really change out your target or get new targets like says if you want to try for accuracy.
>except the Governor
gay
maybe you should practice with a full size pistol
Glocktards still seething
Odd I shoot my Shield just fine, maybe it's not the right gun for you. I personally don't like the ergos on the Glock model 29 and it is a bit bigger. Do you have big hands?
I had the same issue because I was used to glocks. If you tighten your grip on the shield and make sure you're making full contact your group would tighten dramatically.
changing ammo can also help
what were you running through it?
if you're all over the place though, that's not the gun
Shields are shit.
Glockfag still this mad about coming home to find big dick S&W fucking their wife.
It's the stupid trigger. I used to have one in 45 and the trigger safety made my finger bend kind of funny so I would shoot a little low (kind of gave me sort of a flinch effect). Just practice dry firing the retarded trigger
>I shot this gun for the first time today and I was amazed by how remarkably inaccurate I was with it

thanks, I think you might be right. Most of my shots tend to be low and a bit to the left. I'll play around with it a bit more
Is it one of the ones with the extra shitty trigger?
BUY A CZ
>Most of my shots tend to be low and a bit to the left
It's not the trigger. You're anticipating recoil.
This, I have both
>you seem to be in the market for a sub compact
>let me show you this full sized handgun
>expecting a namefag zoyboy to be intelligent
You played yourself.
> guy is looking for advice on a single stack subcompact 9mm
> czoyboy comes in and starts shilling his unreliable unadopted fullsize commie gun
And this is why everyone hates czoys, obnoxious and retarded at the same time. And namefagging too, you really are pathetic. If you like cz's and dont like anonymous posting, then fuck off to reddit you'll fit right in. Get a life
And s&w's wife was taking it up the ass by cz the whole time
Rather carry the p10 anyday
This experience is really weird, because I shoot my shield way more accurately than my full size 9s, which seems backward to me. Fundamentals apply, some people like and shoot glocks better, others hate glock. Maybe you a glockboi
It really isnt that inaccurate. OP just sucks a bag of dicks. But also it's a subcompact.
agreed, i carried one for a while and couldn't hit shit with it. i traded it in and got the mp9c 2.0. i have no problems shooting it and i like the extra mag capacity
