Saudi Arabia Losing in Yemen

Naturally, not reported in the Fake News press run by the state security apparatus, but the Ansar Allah aka Houthis just hit oil and gas infrastructure targets deep within Saudi Arabia using a home-brew cruise missile with a range of approx. 800 miles.

Can't say I'm not glad desu

Anyone got an ID on the motor? Is it an RC aircraft turbofan?

This was over a week ago and the damage was minor, nobody cares. The Houthis have been launching suicide drones at Saudi airports on a daily basis for months; with the sum of the damage being a hole in Jizan airport’s car pack and a bunch of angry tourists who got their flights delayed.

*car park

>you're now living in an era were a non-state actor can cause billions of dollars worth of damage and corresponding oil output drop with a handful of drones over 1000+km

Houthi drones are copies of Iranian drones.

Non state actor with help from a state, this isn't really new.

>homebrew Tomahawks
>new Scud variants
>bombing air bases and oil infrastructure deep within KSA
>forcing UAE and now KSA to quit
I just realized something big. Houthis brought back strategic bombing, and they did it more successfully than any historical example I can think of.

What are you talking about?

They forced UAE and Saudi to back off by damaging valuable shit deep in their own territory. That's strategic strike, by definition. And they did it cheaply: with a few cruise missiles and a few dozen ballistic missiles.

Victory without battle

Fuck off nigger. Plenty of news outlets have reported on how bad things are going for the Saudis in Yemen. Do our species a favor and kill yourself immediately.

I'd assumed that the Saudis would have some kind of air defenses to stop that from happening.

About that...

Literally should have bought Russian.

Patriot missiles are complete shit

They've got the best engagement record of any modern SAM system, but ok.

Come back with a real source.

Impressive refutation

>Homebrew

Imported from Iran, not that i mind.

And the Iranians supposedly had North Korean cooperation, which i hardly see as the Iranian rockets are 3 or 4 generations behind the North Korean ones.

I hope the yemen sand niggers wipe out the saudi sand nig / crypto-jews. Burn the cities. Purge their "royal" inbreds.

David Axe is literally an opinion blogger.

Look at this faggot who thinks Fox News, the most watched cable news network in the US, isn't mainstream media.

I'm glad the mooninites are killing each other over there instead of killing us over here.

>"home brew"
You mean Iran gave them a cruse missile.

t. MSNBC

Houthis are Iran proxies. Essentially they're Iran's guineapigs for new weapons and tactics. Also, Saudis are 'winning' in the sense that they have no rival prosperous country to their south. They don't really care for conquering Yemen. Just enough for Yemen to be reduced to poverty.
