Remember the case like last year where the veteran in CO wiped out the police assault and escaped. A SWAT team is a lot heavier than that so they’ll probably manage to contain him, but a fair bit of carnage should still be expected.

Depends on the layout of the building. For the entry team? I wouldn’t go with anything less than six guys. Five would be enough in theory but close quarters tactics don’t work as well with odd numbers. And that’s the minimum, mind, assuming one point of entry. For multiple points of entry or exit, I’d have more people. Depending on the risk of friendly fire, I’d say go in one entrance at a time. That’s of course assuming it’s, like, a small house. Building layout is everything, but if you aren’t sure, have it be a single entry team of whatever size with all other personnel covering all other points of entry or exit.

There is definitely a chance he could suppressing fire and slip the net though, which is why outside support is important, so make sure you have guys outside covering the area.
