Then only buy one. They don't have much application outside of teaching someone to shoot or living off squirrel/rabbit. I'd say two mags but that's just out of laziness rather than necessity.

Well I've got one bx 25. Just picked up a double pack because why not. But then I realized it's just a 10/22. It's the only gun that can even accept these mags.

4 is a good number that nets you at 100 rounds of plinking before a reload which is a lot. Normally I put 20 into a paper target and adjust from there. 1 10/22 is fine and you can add a few aftermarkets but don't go crazy turning it into a race gun, it's a fucking 10/22.

I kind of want one of those fancy 10/22's. I have the basic wood one with blued barrel but now I want one with a nice checkered stock....something kino like these stainless ones

It’s stupid, just stockpile spam if you care about protein so much, I would rather die than having to eat squirrels

I have about a dozen of them, but I own several 10/22s and an RPR.

>I kind of want one of those fancy 10/22's. I have the basic wood one with blued barrel but now I want one with a nice checkered stock....something kino like these stainless ones
You have a birch stock, you want a walnut stock. CDNN Sports has walnut stock 10/22 Sporters for $299, but they're blued, not stainless. The walnut stocks are sweet. I have the birch as well, but I've lusted for the walnut since I first saw one.

You are a faggot eating out of cans when you could eat fresh squirrel and opossum. You are dumb nigger and I'll eat your corpse before I eat spam.

2? 4? 30? However many you want. Why are you asking us?
Realistically 4 is probably as many as you are going to use unless you want to go all out and never have to reload during a range trip ever again.

It's also enough to make up somewhat for .22LR's shortcomings if you use (or loan out) the 10/22 for defense. It's unlikely, but weird shit happens sometimes.

10/22 bread?

Anyone know where I can get a wood stock for mine that's not 100$+? I just want to be rid of this stupid black plastic bull shit.

Any good place to find a complete 10/22 charger that’s a take down model with a folding stock?

I have this charger and 2 10/22s
I have lost count how many magazines I have.
OP buy what you want

lrn to google dipshit

You are glowing "friend".

10/22 is perfectly legitimate as a HD weapon, in certain applications, most notably for older people who can't deal with the recoil of other caliber, or have the hand strength to operate a more heavily sprung rifle.

10/22 with a RDS, BX-25s, and Minimags/Velociters would ruin someone's shit with the quickness out to about 100 yards.

Yeah its not as sexy as an AR, but I'd rather have it than a 9x19 pistol or .38 revolver.

I did thanks.

You're better off buying a speed loader than more mags IMO if you're just plinking, maybe have like 2 or three so you don't have to load after each mag. If you're doing matches, then buy the minimum you need plus few as spares (like 5 main and 2 spares for steel challenge). If you're prepping, them, buy whatever soothes your paranoid heart.

i don't know how many you need, but i have 1 10/22, 1 bx25x2, 2 bx25s, 1 gsg drum and a 10 rounder.

>I did thanks.
gunpartscorp.com is gtg, my dad had catalogs from them and bought stuff from them when they were Numrich Arms, before there was an internet.

i have one and like 3k rounds of ammo and practically never use it. just never feel like bringing it to the range/desert. dont know why

Anyone know if it's possible to get a 25rd mag to fit a savage b22 in Australia land of the cucked?

>a 25rd mag to fit a savage b22 in Australia
They only were sold with 10 rd mags in the states. I guess you could try to fit something together, but stuff like that usually is a cock up.

butler creek makes one, don't know if you can lay hands on one down under though

Punching paper and plinking cans or steel with 22 aimlessly gets boring I find. Get a shot timer and do some speed shooting.

>butler creek makes one, don't know if you can lay hands on one down under though
I've had a few Butler Creek mags for my 10/22, they all sucked harshly. The old school plastic feed lips worked a couple times, then broke. The new plastic worked a couple more times, then broke. When they went to metal feed lips, I tried them again, and they fucked up faster than the old plastic. I'm not sure how they stay in business.

ill have to give that try

>Punching paper and plinking cans or steel with 22 aimlessly gets boring I find.
Some of the best fun I erver had with guns was me and a couple bros with 10/22s and a brick of ammo apiece down at the town dump. I once shot a flying carpenter bee in half with a snap shot with two witnesses-- both half's were trying to fly when we investigated. I now shoot .22, 9mm, .38, .357, .45acp, 5.56, .308, 30.06, .454 Casull, 12 gauge, and .50 caliber. But my fav gun is my first gun, a 10/22 when I was 12 years old.

Ruger American Rimfire uses 10/22 mags.

Charger master race reporting in. Don't want to take a pic but SS takedown, PMACA chassis, AFG, folding brace, K2+ grip. Lusting after your suppressor, I only have a krink style muzzle device.

Uhh, I guess you could find a receiver and build from there, otherwise buy the complete charger and replace parts as necessary.

brownells

*ahem*

Owning a pistol with a brace isn’t illegal you stupid fuck.

the only magazines you need are the regular ass 10 rounder that comes with the gun.

Did you have to buy all aftermarket parts?

Just happen to see this on palmetto if anyone’s interested. Inb4 shill

Does it really count if the gun it's feeding doesn't work in the first place?

>This rifle comes with a $25 certificate for the Ruger.com online store. Certificate comes packed in the rifle box from Ruger

4.5" suppressed PMACA is better

don't own any butler creek ones, but some of my more exotic 10/22 mags have specific warnings about how you are supposed to load them with the bolt in a certain position

>How many of these should I own?

2x the amount of bricks you shoot in a typical session, at the least. Reloading mags at the range is for losers.

Guess i'll ask here. If i want a barrel for eventually getting into steel challenge, volquartsen (VC10THMC specifically) or tacsol (was looking at the sb-x. No intention of putting a supressor, but potentially lighter weight that still points well)? I bought the gun used with a heavy, and I mean heavy ass 3 and a half pound, barrel on it. Everything else is stock and usable, but the barrel is way to heavy for anything outside benched.

You need more

I got a marlin 60 and a 38 revolver for home defense, why pick and choose where both work so well together?

Who said anything about a brace you non-comprehending faggot? "Folding Stock" =/= "Brace" (or Folding Brace).

These mags were banned in Canada because of a bullshit ruling by the RCMP when Ruger came out with a handgun that could take these mags. The hundreds of thousands of owners were forced to surrender or destroy them . Feels bad man.

I own enough 10/22 magazines to shoot an entire brick without reloading. I'd consider that to be ideal considering how cheap the magazines are.

I would probably own two 10/22s if you really want to get people spicy about it. One basic bitch walnunt brown stock or synthetic, one that is tricked out tacticool.

Top kek, bubba 10/10 would shooty
