It's not backwards, you're just reading it backwards.
It’s a very consistent accident, because retarded army.

uuuuuuugh

when ur running forward into the wind in a hollywood charge, that's how it looks.
yes that's the real reason. the other real reason is the (((union))) should be closest to a golem's heart.
I understand that it’s meant to look like it’s flying from a pole, but I don’t get why they don’t just put the flag on the other shoulder so it can maintain that effect while being in the proper orientation.
Golem?
someone in the military thought a retarded thing would be cool and the retards in the military agreed
This thread again? It's been a few months.
Defender of Israel
You can't fly a flag backwards you retards, wind changes direction. Only wrong way would be upside-down
Always advancing.

years later realize it's not some retarded defective patch but holy shit was it confusing
That's actually pretty funny.
yea, i'm hoping i still have it somewhere but that was a loooong time ago
Yes you can, if you somehow manage to switch the hoist and the fly sections.
When I served in Panama in 1989, we had flag patches facing the correct direction. I've heard dozens of stories of why they switched.
I was Delta Force back then and we did not even use patches.
Isn’t that technically a war crime?
The only army girl I know said it’s backwards only when we “fight terrorists”
No joke, I actually saw Delta driving by in some M113s in downtown Panama City a few days into the invasion. I thought they looked utterly ridiculous in their skateboard helmets.
90s were quite a bit more lax. I'd put you down like a disease ridden dog if I saw you irl.
>wants to preserve funds for jews by letting them run their slave ships

This is what the copefederatoin believe
I wish I wasn't an overweight alcoholic now.
Flag patches were actually extremely uncommon until the late-1980s. Most US Army units during that period just wore subdued SSIs. Flag patches were only first issued en masse on RDF fatigues worn by US Marines during the invasions of Lebanon and later Grenada in 1983 (the USMC used flag patches infrequently until 2004 when they were discontinued altogether with the adoption of the MCCUU). Flag patches only really became a common sight in the 1990s and were made standard issue on US Army BDUs in 2000 where they've remained ever sicne.
It's all about political circle jerk, policies/advertisement and genealogy of a nation.
The flag is on the left, the heart is on the right you absolute fucking retard. I can't think of a word that describes your bottomless, unfathomable stupidity.
I mixed up my left and right, I'll go kill myself.
How the fuck does that make ANY fucking sense??
The guy in front of the flag may see the stars on the wrong side, but the guy behind the fucking flag pole would see the normal fucking flag. What the fuck are you guys doing??
Go Army!
Canton is always forward
When soldier is walking towards enemy, if he was carrying flag then would be flying backwards
If flag was regular flag then soldiers only retreat ever
