I assume youre asking for the absurd level of advertisement by the israeli program of taking a german wiesel and slapping russian era and russian aps on it?

That guy can carry a dude who basically does maintenance lol. The team back home does all the fighting and shooting.

Jow Forums actually designed one. Not sure if its OC k, 8ch k or 4ch k. I could try find it on google.

outside of A3, no

im interested

Ok when I get from work Ill look for it. I recall it had a 120mm breech loaded mortar as a main gun and a 15.5mm swiss machine gun as some of the options.

Unmanned. Pair of GPMG/AGL anti-personnel weapons with 360 coverage and a bunch of ATGMs.

Tank development will mirror naval warship development. Currently, tanks are in the 'Battleship era' with MBTs. But ATGMs have turned the tables, just like naval aviation did for battleships. But but muh Trophy. No! No infantryman will want to accompany MBTs with active defences since it will turn him into mince meat. Tanks without infantry cover are dead meat as was shown by Turks and Saudis. There's also the fact such systems have limited ammo and is vulnerable to swarm firing. Like modern warships, tanks will shed their heavy armor and instead rely on speed, stealth, better sensors and long range missiles as the main weapon. The gun will be relegated to 40 mm and for defensive purposes only.

If your AFV only has a 40, if ain't a tank.

>Arma III KoTH combined arms
>reck and bunch of spoobies in the zone with an iron sight AK and save up to buy the Weisel boi
>get the AT one
>set missiles to top down attack
>drive all the way out to the back part of the enemy's spawn area and blow up all the AA over and over again
>get fucked by a tank

good day desu

I think that's kind of the point. What can a tank do that a Bradley can't besides shrug off a 105mm+ cannon round?

Theyre cute

Delete a bradley with said 105mm+ round

TOWs will wreck your shit before you get into gun range, try again.

I like them because I get to do both the commanding and shooting. One less crewmen is one less retard to micromanage.

South East Asia. Otherwise no.

>No infantryman will want to accompany MBTs with active defences since it will turn him into mince meat
Infantry aren't nut huggers you idiot. They are yards and yards away. Looking for stuff and holding position.

>Muh range
>Muh missiles

You wont find combat ranges above 2000 meters in most enviroments (MENA is a clear exception), but rather, combat usually takes place at relativly short distances.
Missiles cost a shitload, and when your main objective is to lob HE a missile usually isnt worth it. Oh, and if a tank can be defeated by an ATGM, so can all other vehicles too.

Air-mobile forces isnt going away antytime soon, so they still firmly hold a place.

>Missles cost a shitload
>Implying that isn't a net benefit for most parties involved in armament.

We send TOWs for free to people who use them on technicals, tents and small groups of people. Granted they.are older models, but still.

Yeah, I guess it kind of makes sense if you are a burger who basically has an unlimited budget when it comes to sending taxmoney to whatever Ahmed you support this week.

maybe light low-profile AFVs with ATGMs and a hmg or autocannon.

Still has to be a rather large autocannon if you dont want to leave your troops unsupported

didnt they used that in syria and it turned out to be utterly useless?

>Granted they.are older models
Ackshually we're sending terrorista the newest variants. National guard gets the smegma TOWs.

They used Soratnik not Ratnik. Ratnik is the size of a M113, soratnik its a smaller UGV about the size of a golf cart mostly used to accompany TELAR for nuclear bombings. The Soratnik is meant to guard the perimeter of the TELAR and be operated from inside even if the ground is glowing and full of the mutants.

The only sauce for it being in syria is an army expo gathering where one of the placards said it is improved based on experiences in Syria, which could mean anything. Maybe it has anti drone jammers or something.
