It's kind of related but I was born in 1996 and back when I was a kid there was some demo collection named Jam-pack for the PS2 which was some 3rd person game on it where you played as SWAT or some shit like that.
It was a big city like map and the two places
you could go to were a burning building and a mall. Also there were certain people you couldn't shoot put I shot them anyway since I was a dumb child.
