I'd just get a model 64. Its basically the stainless version. Put soem wood grips on it and bam you've got a decent carry arm.

The 64 was used by police for quite a long time before wonder nines became the standard.

12 gauge shells are ironically very modular for such an archaic design.

You can shorten them
Put a plethora of different loads
Put a rifles slug in them
You can make them entirely brass, paper walled, plastic walled, entirely plastic...

And the mini shells are great because you'd think they'd have a problem loading in a tube mag meant for full sized rounds but they don't since the shell catch uses the rim as a stopping point.

Not to mention how fucking modular the 870, 500, and 88 can be. Out of box I swapped out my 870 stock for an M4 style collapsible one with a pistol grip with a shell saddle and a sling. Its my go to if bugaloo happens around my house.

They fail to eject because the fired length is too long so you have to cut out the center of the crimp so they're shorter when fired.

It is Stainless Steel, but appears to be plated over so that it was easier to polish to a high luster.
FYI CZ is dropping the high polish 75B next year.
