There have been a few threads recently where someone posts their "gray man" loadout and it's actually gray shit. Gray man doesn't mean literally wearing gray. Wearing all gray would stick out, even wearing some gray sticks out. If you want to blend in look at the people you don't notice. Boringly dressed boomers, guy in construction shirt with lightly paint splattered pants, normies, etc. Pretty much just don't be dressed like an autist. One sure fire way to look like one is to autistically put together an outfit.

"Grey man" doesn't mean literal military/police/larperators wearing grey. It's a concept for blending in with the average city dweller but still being tactically competent (eg. carrying gear/gun) without drawing attention.
