Bad news frens.
The Buns & Guns patches showed up today and somewhere along the line during shipping the bag got torn and the inside got some sort of blue-ish colored liquid in it. Needless to say these are trashed, but are being remade and replaced for free. I have a couple of questions for you guys though.
1. After handling a few of the less-fucked-up ones, I noticed the embroidery itself is causing there to be some spots where the stitching is much higher than the rest of the art. As another user pointed out a few threads ago, it makes it have a weird unintended 3D effect, like she's wearing a bathing suit instead of having tan lines. I don't think it looks too good. I am generally opposed to woven patches but in this case maybe it would be worth it due to the level of detail. Before I authorize the redo, what do you guys think?
2. The stickers are here and they look awesome. Should I go ahead and put them up for sale or wait for the redone patches?

If you know the process well enough you can typically talk to the manufacturer and plan through the production stage to get the desired effect. Typically, the stage where they've mocked up the design in their software is where you get to see what stitching and embroidery goes where. That's when you should've realize what it would've looked like. Take care next time to make it clear how you want the finished product to look in terms of the stitching and embroidery.
Also, stock all your shit at once.

Woven is fine. Certain patchmakers have embroidery where some stitching goes a different direction or is otherwise inconsistent so it creates a difference in how it looks in certain lighting or at certain angles. Normally your embroidery is solid but this one is quite detailed and woven would work better

If the overall quality is the same as your previous stuff I'd rather have embroidered with a slight 3d effect on the tan lines than woven. But if you feel that it needs to be woven I'm not gonna grumble too much. It's a great design that will look good in my collection at any rate.
