You don't even need an hm slaves It is a waste of a slot
>teach surf to your water type because it's also a good water attack
>teach cut to your dugtrio and you still have 3 slots for ground/rock attacks which is all you'll ever need
>flash and strength you barely use in the entire game so just teach it to 2 pokemon that you store in the PC and take them out when needed
>fly of course teach it to your flying type but you don't really need fly either unless your a lazy faggot
