So, it probably doesn't burn a significant number of calories in and of itself, BUT. Semen is largely composed of sugar, so logically, expelling this much sugar from your body, is going to be the equivalent of losing a shit ton of calories, more so than the amount you've burned, in fact.

Now you have ghetto manicotti and can defrost however many lasagnas you want, by far the easiest bulk meal to break down into single servings. Boil black beans in a shit ton of spices and half an orange, drain and add animal fats, maybe some ground beef or pork, plop it on wax paper ~1 burrito size each. Just peel it off in a bowl and thaw, put on tortilla. Supplement Vit. D, Vit. E, Zinc, and fish oil.
