So stop complaining and accept that women are HARDWIRED to want Chad. As for your case, face is a pretty big deal in my opinion. But it's not a deal breaker if you can compensate. How tall are you? And how do you approach women? Being too nice is such a thing, and can give off the sense of submissiveness. Women don't like aggression, they like assertion.

Easy, economics. There are only so many girls with bodies like that to go around. They have their pick of almost any guy. If you live in the US where almost 2/3 of young women are obese, its even worse.

You encroached the personal space* of someone who wasn't good at small-talk (and all you did was small talk) while there were spectators**.

*I'll call it personal space even though it was on the bus because you could've presumably had a pair of seats to yourself/there the bus was not crowded and she was reasonably expecting (at least at the current stop) be amongst herself.

**Anyone else on the bus could easily see the only reason you would sit next to her is to be closer to an attractive girl when there were other seats. If she had enough common sense to know that, the encroachment is worsened since it has spectators who are even more keen to observe an interpersonal bus crash. She knew she had to try to make small talk to a guy who sat next to her with the sole purpose of hitting on her with the whole bus watching.
