I just tried to watch a video made by this guy and I really am struggling to understand how he is in any way funny or insightful.

all in all, that video had a lot of jokes that didn't land, bring anything new or valuable to the table, or give any insight into the situation.
I normally like Ethan's videos but lately I feel like he has been really out of touch. the decisions he is making with his content are becoming less and less thoughtful and/or intelligent gradually over time.
I feel like he might be losing the need to second guess himself, which although it may have made him feel like shit, really made his content reach a level of quality that got him to where he is now.

He made some funny and fresh content briefly around the Papa John era - if you look at those videos uploaded around that time, they're amusing. But then he started running out of material and doing typical Youtuber shit like vlogging with his wife and went downhill hard and now he's a has-been. Haven't watched him in years now.
