What goals do ya'll have, robots, long or short term?
Long term my plan is to create my own start up company, not a lot of start up culture where I live, sadly. Another long term goal is learning Japanese and get a bit less lanky (I study japanese and exercise a bit 30 min each day).
What about you guys? Any hopes and dreams you plan on achieving?
Sorry but its private for now, I don't want others stealing it and implementing it before I do (which is still a year or more away)

1.) Make an album all by myself, play all the instruments, produce, and release it all on my own 2.) Lose weight and better myself until I feel confident enough to pursue getting a partner 3.) Get a partner 4.) Graduate university 5.) Become content and happy with my life
I just realised that I'm a manlet so long term goals are out of my reach.

Why is that? Just curious, because I do genuinely fear that I'll never get to to release a completed product. Oh, and isn't me, just a poser.
Kayden Barnes
I stopped having goals because it's just a set up for disappointment. I'm just going to wing it.

By the end of my life, I want to be knighted by the Queen (or King) of the United Kingdom. That's my goal.

you need to get feedback from people often on your idea. If you think it's a good idea and it's not, you'll have to defend it. Defending it helps clarify and refine the idea, and possibly transform a bad idea into a good idea. Also, be realistic, most people aren't going to be starting up companies with genuine new ideas, and your new idea won't make you successful, the execution of it will. So either your executive powers are good enough where you can keep the idea private, or you're going to need to get a partner who can help you execute the idea, which you won't get if you don't tell anyone. Finally, there's nothing stopping anyone from having the same idea you have, and refining it by getting feedback in the year that you plan on sitting on this unworked idea.

>Short term Get my first job in my field Get related certificates Continue fitness training Get a gf >Long term Make over 100k Get married and raise a family
Luke Phillips
Don't give up on goals entirely. Try making more realistic and achievable goals.
Honestly you're right about the feedback, and that somebody "stealing" my idea is actually pretty unlikely. Well, its basically a cross-platform operating system that lives on the cloud, so that all your devices are fully synced with everything. What you do on your desktop, you can turn off and open up a tablet or phone and continue there. I know its a hard sell to make somebody go to a different operating system on their all devicies, so idk how it will end up going desu.
Lucas Gonzalez
your idea sounds an awful lot like a web browser my dude.

My main goal in life is to eat myself to death before I'm 40. I eat 3 birthday cakes myself everyday and drink codeine syrup straight out of the bottle.

>Don't give up on goals entirely. Try making more realistic and achievable goals. Man I tried setting 'realistic' goals and still fucked up. There is no reason to torture myself with constant failure.
>lose weight Already hitting the gym 3 times a week, plus cutting off junk food, soda, and drinking water >learn how to drive Working on that >graduate high school and go to college The way has been paved and I'm graduating a year early. Working on college applications. >get a job I've applied to multiple places already, mainly old retail stores like Kmart and fast food. >polish my Spanish Very, very rusty, and I'm a spic. No good for me. >longterm: get gf, graduate college, pick up some cool hobbies/skills Gf can wait a while, honestly. I got life to look forward to.

I want to live in the middle of the woods with a faithful wife and have lots of children
Lose 100+ pounds, lost 25 so far. I've been fat for almost my entire life, I want to see what I look like at a reasonable weight. I'm tired of it. I was obese during my childhood and teens, so I'm guessing some fucked hormones are the source of my gyno, feminine facial features, and general craziness. I don't know what I am going to see, but I'll almost certainly need some corrective surgery.
Also, I want to fit on a sport bike without being uncomfortable or looking ridiculous.
