you assume landing one of these things is the easiest thing in the world, and that you're going to just be able to go in reverse if you are an inch from running into something. planes dont have a reverse. also, trying to avoid running into stuff while taxiing is not as easy as it sounds

You'll be lucky to get a regional pilot job with like a Spirit Airlines where you'll be working for like 40k a year while being on call whenever the fuck they need you ("John is out sick today, need you to come in to fly from Dallas to Chicago.").
