This is... some solid career advice.

>easier than driving a car
in what universe?

>a lot harder to run into stuff
>don't have to follow a road
>no speed limits
>computer does everything for you half the time
use ur noggin

I wanted to be a pilot when i was a kid, but my eye sight is shit so i didnt even look into it.

But...... i have to think being a pilot is pretty hard

How much does the licence cost? I know that becoming an airline pilot is very expensive, but the cargo licence has to kost at least 50-60k, right?

Its the on the same CPL license. Not sure of the cost though (not op)

The job will be replaced by self flying planes in the next 10 years.

everything will be replaced by robots and AI's in the next 10 years

>boxes don't complain about being late
>boxes don't complain about hard landings
people needing those boxes do complain though

Don't have a drivers liscense. Haven't been out of parents house except for 1 hospital visit in 15 years. 33 hkhv neet through and through.

Can I cargo pilot?

>cargo
>flying airbus
>pilot

Because NCA isn't hiring and im poorfag af right now.
But desu I don't mind getting my cpl and going to fly in bush Indonesia.

Isn't becoming a pilot like fucking expensive?
And there isn't any guarantee you'll actually get a job.
No job + fuckton of debt sounds nasty

Interesting topic.

I have been thinking of joining the airforce for quite some time, i have poor eyesight and need glasses however. Im not too sure on whether i will be able to make it.

You ever heard about glasses?
Ther make your eyes work well so you can fly planes n sheet

>>boxes can't hijack you

Its really fucking hard flying. You need to know all the instruments and you cant do input mistakes. Download flight simulator and try it for yourself.

I started playing flight simulator at age 7 and flew for the first time at age 9, maybe you're just retarded

is there any crew on cargo planes? im too stupid to become a pilot

flight school is filled with normals who are obsessed with going on flights constantly so they have social media content. also expensive as fuck and it has you learn a retarded amount of obscure shit you're never going to use

Why not become a soldier.

Free room and board. Food is healthy and nice. Loads of benefits and fun chilling with chad's. Work on college credits why making money. Become fit and respected through the training program, insta Chad. Come on robots talk to an army recruiter today.

>involves talking and interacting with people
>be shouted at and told what to do

nah

Is it any different than being yelled at by your mom for eating all the chicken tenders!

The military has great benefits even for people who aren't deployed. Join up today! talk to a recruiter in your Area.

>no speed limits
theres literally regulations with flight speed limits
>a lot harder to run into stuff
you assume landing one of these things is the easiest thing in the world, and that you're going to just be able to go in reverse if you are an inch from running into something. planes dont have a reverse. also, trying to avoid running into stuff while taxiing is not as easy as it sounds
>dont have to follow a road
generally follow victor airways if you are going to be going longer distance
>computer does everything for you half the time
it does the boring en-route keep plane on course shit, thats it

t. armchair pilot

Getting a good pilot job is difficult.

You'll be lucky to get a regional pilot job with like a Spirit Airlines where you'll be working for like 40k a year while being on call whenever the fuck they need you ("John is out sick today, need you to come in to fly from Dallas to Chicago.").

>boxes don't clap like retards
Do normies actually clap on flights? Been on a plane 4 times and never witnessed this

>eye sight is bad
>didn't look into it

You should do stand up

when you realize you can discriminate people for illnesses like poor eyesight but you cant for illnesses like being a woman
