we have enough middle ground to agree that there are several seats of power *geographically based and they are mostly all corrupt if not actually conspiring together, actively.

As a jew who grew up in a liberal community I can tell you that most of what rightwingers say about us is actually right. Of course there's no big bad Zionist conspiracy where every jew participates but when I got confronted with antisemitic sentiments on Jow Forums it made me think about how we behave with fellow jews and non-jews, and it was really shocking to realize how unempathic we behave to whites and especially to nonwhites, while in-group nepotism secures most of us good positions in life no matter what we do. The fact that many of our more orthodox brothers still actively want revenge for past deeds is swept under the rug too. More than that our dispropornate accomplishments in the sciences and other high-profile fields only worsens these sentiments, but neither side seems to be willing to put down their primal feelings. I wish we could all just live in peace.

i agree with everything in that post except that last line. there is no way to fix this, it doesn't matter who or what is in power. it's not the jews in powers fault that they too are human. people in general are shitty things. we do these things because power makes us feel really good, it's like a drug to us. all of what you said there about those illegal activities is not the fault of a group. but of the human condition.

I don't think I can agree with you on that. Everything points to nature and nurture both playing a role in humans, so genetics definitively have some influence too. Humans being raised the same way across thousands of years sounds very stupid too. Look at the SAT scores for wealthy black households and poor Asian households for example, the poorest Asians still get better marks than the richest blacks. You can teach a parrot to say some human words, but is it a human just because?

You didn't understand me then. I'll put it in simple terms. The implication is that richer families on average are able to better care for their children since they have an abundance to resources. However rich black families still get poorer SAT scores than poor Asian families, so nurture can't be the only part playing a role here. The point is that the nurture part can only get you /so/ far, and the only other part could play a role here is the innate ability to do well/bad, which in turn comes from your genetics.

But all the evidence in the world points to there being a clear difference between the races and the sexes. You are the affirmative side here.
