Even if I did come for new POVs I certainly wouldn't find them in spammy cuck/incel/fetiish/porn/e-celeb threads. Not really missing out on much desu.

I was off the board completely for a year or more. I do the occasional driveby shitpost now but I don't spend more than a few minutes here rather than hours a day like I used to. If I started feeling the need to use filters, I think I'd quit again instead.

How'd you quit? I've been trying for years. Once I actually succeeded for a couple months and almost forgot about this place, instead wasting my time on other forums like reddit but eventually I got bored, came in for a quick "peek" and got sucked in again. Been here ever since.

I really recommend if you are going to browse 4chins to block images by default. Since 4chin has really devolved lately with the amount of shitposting image spam.

Not him but ive been using Jow Forums on and off since it first appeared ive had two 3 year periods where i stopped using it. Its kinda fun to return and relearn memes and board culture.
Lately know Jow Forums just isnt worth it.

yeah it used to be more fun to relearn board culture. I remember I used to be really into Jow Forums and I'd always be behind on the memes until Sir did a comic. Then everyone in the threads would point them out and laugh. The threads were always so much fun and there was just lots of joyful camaraderie going on there.

It's just the native extension. I'm not even using a custom theme, Jow Forums gives you an option for a dark theme.
