Different digital cameras give automatic different names and metadata to the pictures you take, when unaltered. If they all have the img src in the filename, they were all taken by the same type of camera.

It's literally an innocent site for uploading many many pics of many categories....but the kids tab got hijacked by pedophiles. And well, your search is just picking up all those pics. It is still often used by innocent parents thinking its a great image sharing site where they can put cute pics of their kids, but cp often crops up there.
