Used to be into old-school rpgs, used to do puzzles, but last two years my attention span decreased significantly and I can't maintain any activity for long. Some kind of brainfog as well.

Find yourself a cheap billings, the things come 90% made already, and nobody expects you to know everything from the getgo, learn about the boat your building. Get a sailing book. We all get that way sometimes, I recommend listening to some Bobby Darin always gets me in the mood to do stuff. May be tough at first, but youll begin to enjoy the small things. I wouldnt call it forced happiness, just doing a little bit each day. It helped me, brought me back from the living dead.
