>lost 10 lbs
Lost 10 lbs
Losing weight isnt the hard part, its making sure you dont regain it
Good luck user
>gained 10 lbs
your first initial 10pounds is just water weight user, just drinking more water means you lose it in a week
>gained 20 pounds, but I look absolutely the same
WHAT IS HAPPENING
no i eat my bodyweight in lbs to grams in protein every day and work out 3 times a week yeah i prob only gained like 2-3 pounds of muscle but the rest is good fat
>lost 10 pounds
>was trying to gain weight
Being skinny is harder than being fat. Prove me wrong.
My logic: To lose weight you must eat less. This means doing nothign.
To gain weight, you must eat more. This means doing something.
Just as one is greater than 0 (1 > 0), doing something is harder than doing nothing.
>see fat people with gfs
What's the point of losing weight again?
>lost 30 pounds
