I want to learn how to salsa dance, too. Was hoping to take boxing classes now that I'm back in the U.S. Broke my right shoulder a while back, though, and I don't think it's healed enough.

You must be wealthy AF. Where was the last country you visited?

Attached: inventory.png (1180x1232, 359K)

Not wealthy at all, actually. I'm just fortunate to have been able to avoid non-student debt. My family doesn't need my help, financially, but doesn't support me, either.

I earn a decent amount per month from remote work. Still haven't finished my first bachelor's but will in another year.

Last country I visited was India. Was there from August until January. Did Ecuador, Mexico, Egypt and Tanzania from May until August. Been to India eight or nine times already and going back again in July.

Maybe I'm just that poor, but being able to travel for months at a time strikes me as wealthy.

Why Ecuador, Mexico and India?

Guess it just depends on your budget and lifestyle. I earn about $1,200 per month for five hours of writing each week. Isn't a fortune, by any means, but it's more than enough to comfortably stay in developing countries

Picked Ecuador because it was the cheapest round-trip ticket I could get from my local airport. Mexico because I'm an American and had never been.

I've already flown in and out of India at least seven or eight times. I have a lot of friends there and read a lot about the country's history and politics. It's not always the easiest or most fun place to navigate but it's absolutely fascinating if you can tolerate its pitfalls. I'm not into yoga or spiritual shit, either -- it just has a little bit of everything.

I actually liked Mexico way more than I expected. I keep joking that I wouldn't mind spending the rest of my life between the USA, Mexico and India.

The fuck? Do you live with your parents?

I grew up very close to the border and have been to Mexico quite a few times- it's a lot of fun, and even beautiful in a few places. Just surprising to hear someone traveling there and to India, of all places, recently. The world was different in the 90's.

Similar to this fag Traveled throughout all of Europe (European) before I turned 18 with my family, after I traveled in Asia (Korea, Japan, China, Singapore and so on), Russia, even Africa.

//Side note, I decided to study a year in China, due to interesting development in the GDP and general living in china.
I fucking hate it here though, China is without a doubt at the level of fucking Uganda in terms of mentality. Luckily I'm leaving in June.

>Fighting
Been fighting full-contact fighting for the past 9 years (ever since I was 10, because my father wanted me to learn to protect my self).

>IT
Got my first job as a sysadmin when I was 15, been interested in Info-sec & general security ever since I was 10-11 years old when I learned about memory scanning with Cheat Enginene to get more diamonds in Minecraft

>Global trading/economics
Father works with large global economical contracts for millions of dollars, always told me about his job so got interested through that.

>General science
Love reading about scientific discoveries, advancements and such, although I'm too stupid to ever work within science

>Drinking
Depression I guess

No, I have an apartment.

Writing isn't my only source of income. I also work for a trucking company. My boss trusts me enough to let me work from home or remotely. Earn anywhere between $500 and $1,000 per week sitting in bed in my underwear.

I'm probably going to work and earn less in fall, but that's because I'm taking classes again to finish my BSc. Anyway, I'm old enough to be classed as an independent student and will get more than enough grants to compensate for the lost income, kek.

I suppose my perception is a little skewed because I'm supporting two people on one income, but I'm happy for you user. Not everyone can get into such a comfy position.

Thanks, user.

I know I'm lucky to be from a relatively high-income country and have parents who don't need the extra hand for income. Eventually I'll probably get married and all that crap, but not until I at least finish grad school.

Also, I've just enjoyed myself far more in Latin America and India than I have elsewhere. I did Europe in 2014, for instance. While there are certainly beautiful places between Iceland, the United Kingdom and the Slavic states, I've no overwhelming or urgent desire to return any time in the near future.

In Mexico and India, I found it very easy to make new friends and meet new people. The cost of living makes traveling, lodging and eating out inexpensive, which is an added benefit. But, by and large, I just enjoy the vibrancy and pace of life in those places versus Europe. Indians and Mexicans are incredibly hospitable and kind peoples, especially outside of touristic areas.

Mind if I ask whereabouts in the world you live m8?

In the Rust Belt.

Nice, so you're traveling quite a bit then.

Where's your favorite place you've ever traveled?

Also I wonder why I'm the only fucking person to make any attempt at conversation in this thread, jesus

Where are you from, user?

And depends. I'm attached to India because I've visited often. Mexico and Colombia were great, too. Runners-up would be Turkey and Serbia.

Weather here is really nice so I might go on a walk later.

I'm from California but have lived in half the United States and in the UK as well.

What did you do in the UK?

>running in the morning
>painting

oh god i'm so boring.

Attached: 1469756311653.jpg (677x631, 93K)

Served for the military and traveled pretty extensively as well.

Oh, cool. Which branch? Did you enjoy it?

I thought about enlisting in the Navy when I was 17. Took the ASVAB, got a high score. Recruiters started telling me how I was going to live a dream life on a nuclear submarine.

Almost had me until I went home and looked up what life on a nuclear submarine is actually like, kek.
