Yeah then they have to get your address from your ISP (tons of paperwork), Then get a warrant for your arrest (also paperwork), then actually send people to your house to arrest you, hoping that you just have the CP laying around on your hard disk. Then they have to bring a case against you and have a trial (tons of paperwork and money). So what did they accomplish with probably 100s of man hours and thousands of dollars? They put on shitposter who posts CP on Jow Forums to get mods to delete threads behind bars. Totally worth.
