Started back in December. Lost 26 lbs. so far and have 18 lbs. to go and I'll be back at my ideal weight (150 lbs.). 5'9" btw.

I just haven't been keeping up with it since the 2nd.

I hate being fat, but I need to work on motivation. It's not too hard to eat healthy when there's a ready option right in front of me, but the difficult thing I find is taking the time and effort to make actually healthy food. Processed food doesn't just taste good; it's also super quick and easy. I need to find ways to work healthy eating into a lifestyle that doesn't necessitate putting a ton of time into it.

4 weeks ago. im almost able to run 30 minutes and i've lost about 5 pounds already. feels good.

Look into meal prep, get an egg poacher and poach a shitload of eggs for the week and brown sausage patties for example, they can stay good for the week in that state and it makes breakfast quick, just microwave and toast the English muffin. I eat breakfast sandwiches, white chili, chicken and rice, pot roast, shit like that for the week.

But really meal prep can be whatever, just do that.

Also my stats are 50 lbs lost since November of last year. 30 more to go, lads, maybe 50 if I feel like, but that's really low bf.

Never. I'm on TRT and my body responds well to it. I can eat whatever the fuck I want to and don't get fat. But I do try to eat a mostly meat diet.

My parents are boomers and they buy disgusting shit my fat ass dad loves like cookies, chocolates, and sugary cereals. Too much fruit we end up dumping because it goes bad and I can only eat so much before it becomes unhealthy. For protein there's eggs and ham but no lean meat, no chicken breasts and one can't eat too much tuna because mercury. Only tomatoes for veggies and potatoes which are no good but no broccoli or bell peppers. Our rice is white and our bread isn't whole grain. All our food is store bought premade. At least they give me money for protein powder but it's not enough to undo all the damage of being literally unable to follow proper nutrition.

I'm never gonna make it.

If you want to lose weight then just eat less. It is not that complicated.

oatmeal's a really easily prepared and satiating food, you can throw in some apple or whatever for flavor
fruit and veg generally don't take much time, beans neither if you prepare a lot of them at one time to use for different dishes

it probably already helps if you can change one meal a day to something healthier

besides controlling your portions, maybe you could use the protein powder money for some veggies and the like instead? it doesn't sound like your diet's probably lacking protein anyway

Been kind of dieting last 2 months. Lost about 10 kgs so far and I'll probabably go for like 10 more. Not sure what my aim actually is, but I'll just keep going until I hit good enough point.

The only two things I'm currently concerned are about what my end goals would actually end up looking like and how to proceed once I hit that point.I got so used to what I do now that I'm not sure how would I get enough to maintain my weight or gain some.

In 2017, I weighed 307 pounds. For my new year's resolution, I went on OMAD (one meal a day) diet. I now weigh 262 pounds. It's been 5 months and I've lost over 40 pounds! Later in May, I'm going on water fasting til I get to 210 pounds then going back to OMAD + gym to get to 185 pounds by the end of the year.

I'm not that bad looking and I gave up masturbating and porn. Women find men who masturbate undesirable because their pent up energy isn't converted to pheromones that women love. Life's turning around in that sense, though I can't be Chad since I'm a schizophrenic and also have schizotypal personality disorder. I just want a gf who will take care of me.
