>Your MBTI type >MBTI type of your family members >What is your relation with your family? >Do you think your MBTI influences the relationship with your relatives?
INTP Brother is INTJ, mother is ESFP Mixed relationship, often get in arguments with can relate with my bro pretty well Most likely, INTPs don't go well with ESFPs
the most original shameless self bump ever conceived
Daniel Murphy
>implying it's not ENTP who plays retard to bother the xNTJs
Luke Ramirez
I guess he was already annoying them by telling them they're wrong, but they either got used to him or are too autistic to tell him to fuck off fearing an inevitable argument
Grandma being a hippie made my mom super fucking serious which in turn made me a hippie but we all get along pretty well on that side.
MBTI did help me understand why my dad has such a massive stick up his ass and never connects to anything I've ever said, but there's much more to that. Researching ISTJ advantages also help me appreciate him somewhat more.
>INFJ >little brother is ENFP >mom and dad are ESFJ and ISTJ respectively I dont even know how that happened. Also my moms side of the family is almost entirely xxFP and my dads is xSxJ.
Ryder Nelson
ENFP Dont have a clue what any of my family members would be I emotionally distance myself from everyone in my family, going to therapy though so that should change Not really, but I would expect it to for other people
as an infp unironically infp. I'd just naturally assume that the place is closed off for the day and come back another time. Assuming behind that door is some place I gotta be I wouldn't understand why it's locked in the first place since I imagine somebody would know that I'd show up.
Jayden Johnson
i was inspired to make this image due to personal experience, i work with chemical weapons, so i need to talk to a security guard twice per work day
Well I suppose that makes a lot of sense when you put it that way. Can't say I've ever worked a job that required that kinda security. But then again;
>Chemical weapons
do you work in fucking Syria or something?
Jackson Nguyen
>ENTP >actually funny
HAHAHAAHAHAHAHAA now that's a good one. Seriously though, a few are funny, but most of them mistake people being offended or over-complicated allegories and wordplay for humor. They often drag jokes out too long. Either that or they laugh at the most retarded shit, like goofy faces. ENFP is better at actually making people laugh.
Brandon Evans
>ENTJ using a forceful one-liner
Thomas Barnes
>tfw enfp >freinds tell me im either really annoying or really funny the picture was kindof accurate
Me >ISTP - eldest child; graduated high school without ambition and didn't go to college until his late 20s
Mother >ESFP - my biggest fan and doesn't understand why I want to be left alone, most of the time
Father >INFJ - the wisest and most skilled man I've ever met; our past, regarding discipline, or lack thereof, has left our relationship a little strained, but we're both willing to improve it, whenever we see each other
Eldest Sister >INFJ - most successful and ambitious of my parents' children; went to college as soon as she graduated high school, and is now entering graduate school; although I love her very much, she talks to me like a mother would and I find it annoying
Brother-In-Law >ISTP - met my eldest sister, in high school; we don't have much of a relationship, but we get along well; it's pretty cool how he got a BCS and has been in the Air Force for 6 years
Youngest Sister >INTP - on a similar boat as me, when it comes to ambition; dropped out of college and refuses to pay student debt; our relationship was strained when we were kids, but we get along well, today
David Perez
Those captions were written by a true INTP A painful read.
Noah Nguyen
>eternal INTP underachiever how do I get off this ride
Basically what ENTJ one says I mean it doesn't sound that mean, right? I don't see anything wrong with I mean just give me the keys a we can continue with our day. Only a pussy would get offended.
Noah Wilson
>be INFP grill >not girly at all >look at INFP boys >they fit my personality and interests more i tend to get along with guys better than girls anyway
Evan Bennett
Me - ISTP >the favorite child until about age 5, until I became mostly ignored, breezed through school, only had 2 close friends to grow up with and no gf so far, never cared about much of anything aside from my own personal projects and my construction job. I've been told I'm a pretty funny guy and above average in terms of looks but that's not doing me a whole lot of good at this point
Father - ISFJ >understands how I think and rarely ever gets on my nerves, stubborn in his words but never acts and allows everything to change, refuses to do things any way other than his own, provides the most income in the family, but refuses to spend money if he doesn't think it's absolutely necessary >best relationship is with my father, have the fondest childhood memories with him
Mother - ESFJ >handles all aspects of our lives that involve appointments or scheduling, talks way too much to the point of being annoying, feels the need to give a 20 minute lecture over things that don't matter but barely mention things that do, believed that getting an A- in high school is a punishable offense until younger brother had B averages >I get along least with my mother, I like having her around but I don't like being around her, she does not understand how I think and gets on my nerves quite often, though she is getting better at it
Sister 1 - INTJ >first child of the parents, received the best and the most growing up, mother's favorite, went off to medical school to study microbiology or some other nerd field, very short and thin physique but still bold, moved off to the big city as soon as possible >we never interact anymore but we get along when she is around, she talks to Sister 2 more than anyone else and I feel like our divide is only going to grow over the years while theirs will stay the same
Do you have any long term goals? Have you made an active, constant effort at self-improvement in work, hobbies or university?
the most successful people in my life are constantly busy doing something throughout the day, cleaning, reading, exercising, studying. And the least successful I can always count on vegging out in front of a show or watching clips on their phone, or just refreshing their feeds and favourite sites.
Surprisingly this includes playing games also. I'll have friends who are terrible but have sunk in thousands of hours into a game, and friends that play
Brother in law - ISTP >sort of shy, quiet talker, never makes a scene, keeps to himself, enjoys simple things, got out of school as soon as he could, lives with Sister 1 in the big city >I relate to Brother in Law the most, but I can't recall a single time when I talked to him directly, he's just sort of there sometimes when Sister 1 is back in town, though we do share an interest in board games and compete with each other more than the rest of the family
Sister 2 - ENFP >father's favorite, very outgoing, passionate about literally everything, hardcore liberal who values people's feelings over what actually makes sense, knows how I think and mostly doesn't get on my nerves except for when she tries to shove me out of my comfort zone and force what she think's I'd like upon me when I clearly don't want it >Sister 2 and I are very different but as long as we don't spend too much time together, no problems arise
Brother - ESTP >still in high school, but seems to be enjoying it more than the rest of us combined, has his act together, tries not to butt heads with people but refuses to back down if challenged, kind of a dumbass and is prone to just messing with stuff he shouldn't touch or getting himself in some kind of danger, had an ongoing relationship with a girl in like 7th grade that lasted more than a year, currently on his 4th maybe >I admire Brother but I don't share his interests and we've grown apart a lot in the last couple years
>INFP >dad is 100% ISTP, not sure about mom and brother but whole family is introverted >i am kind of a disappointment but they don't resent me >i guess so. we're all quiet and don't do much of anything
>INTP >ISFP dad, ESFP mum, Siblings: ESTPm > ISFJm > me > ISTJm = ISTPf > ESFJm = INFPm. >We get along well enough, relationship with my dad is awkward though. Everyone bullies the ESFJ and to a lesser extent the ISFJ. I'm nobody's least favourite. >that would be putting the cart before the horse desu This is probably a lot of infomation to be giving away lol
>beleives you can achieve anything >thinks he's a worthless fuck >tfw no mommy gf >tfw attracted to, and can only get, damaged goods >tries not to care >cares a lot >alpha in the streets >beta in the sheets That last one though... why is this so accurate?
ENTP INFP, ENFJ, ENTJ, INTJ (immediate family) good relationship all around although schizo INTJ uncle disappears for months at a time yes if i weren't ENTP i would probably find it next to impossible to get along with them
David Brown
Oh we'll make it there soon. Then we can have the security we crave.
>ENTJ >ISTJ uncle >ESTJ mother >absentee ISTP father >ENTJ/INFP grandparents Argue with my parent constantly over minute tasks because I always zero through them to get time for studying and events/parties. Family despite being really fucking pessimistic, pushes and pressures me to outdo them to the point where it feels like we're in an arms race. CONSTANT control tug-of-war, especially over who does what during vacations or when shit hits the fan.
Politics are a point of contention of course, they're more about reinforcing the current culture of my country while I lean more towards traditionalism combined with utilitarianism.
I think my dad was an ISTP. My oldest is possibly an ESFP but I don't have much to do with him and other is an ISTP like my dad. My Younger was an ESTP.
>Intelligent introverted stereotype >Implies he actually thinks the MBTI is real No amount of slander or frog-pictures can describe my disappointment for you.
Bentley Howard
>Your MBTI type INFJ >MBTI type of your family members ESFJ mom, INTP dad, INTP brother, ESFP sister. All of these at their most unhealthy. >What is your relation with your family? Bad >Do you think your MBTI influences the relationship with your relatives? Not at all. Backstabbing and parental neglect happens everywhere.
Valued hard work over almost everything else, was rigid in character but also reliable. He was good at sensing "unnatural " behavior and trends and he grew to hate druggies and hipster types that he met at his job over time. Goes to the same exact same places when he eats out, or gets vacation time. Was a real stickler about organization and cleanliness, too.
Samuel Bell
We are the turbo autist chads of the mbti
Mason Phillips
I'm INTP but I can relate to a lot of stuff from this pic.
Adam White
>INFP >Mom is INFJ, Sister is IxFJ, Brother is ENFP >Get along well with all of them, I don't get to see my brother much because his gf has him hostage >Yeah, my mom and my grandma are constantly worried that I'll work to death, want me to go back to college. I don't mind going back to college, but I'm on a quest for self improvement.
My response would be the INFP response and it's actually kinda scary how right that is. Last week, I was headed out of the parking lot to go home and I waited 5 mins until the guard operating the barrier finally noticed me and let me out. I didn't honk. I didn't go up to him or anything. I just waited until he noticed me. However, if someone else needed through, I would talk to the guard right away. For them, not myself unironically. Yes, I am a literal baby and I'm just trying to survive in this world.
>although I love her very much, she talks to me like a mother would and I find it annoying That's hot. Can I have her?
Austin Gutierrez
It makes no sense for the ENTP to be talking about his life, he should be complaining and discussing on the practicality of having to go through a hall and to the security guard to open a door instead of having a better system in place.
Aaron Roberts
>INTP is the only who specifies which door and considers the security guard might be busy Sasuga 200 IQ personality.
Gavin Flores
ESTP Mother is ESFP, father is INTJ, sister is INFJ
I often find myself viewing my mother as stupid or unnecessarily stubborn but I find more relief in talking to her about petty problems than others. I used to get in a lot of arguments with my father but now we have legitimate discussions about anything. It's nice to be able to turn on my blabber mouth to someone in the family. Me and my sister were at each other's throats until she left for college. She was extremely selfish and manipulative and I was never willing to take it. Occasionally her old self comes out and I shut it down as usual. It takes her a couple minutes of being a soggy cunt to get over it but she usually does now in contrast to before.
I would say you could use MBTI to explain some conflicts and positivities but it isn't an influence since it's just a fun way to classify yourself and look up famous people so you can pretend that you could have ended up like them.
Joshua Lewis
Talking about own life would be such an ES/EF thing to do. An ENTx would suggest solutions how the system should be improved and drain the guard that way.
Daniel James
I think this upbringing is part of what makes an ENTJ. I'm ENTJ and I think its because I was always constantly confronting and arguing and fighting my parents when they would do messed up shit. I don't think I'm very good at being likeable or charismatic, but in groups that parent dynamic comes out and people usually stop disagreeing with my plans because I'm so mean and critical.
>Your MBTI type ESTP >MBTI type of your family members Mum is ESTJ, Dad is INTP, Brother is INFP, Sister is INFJ. >What is your relation with your family? Get along best with my mum, mainly because we're both oriented towards similar interests, but have different perspectives on things. Dad is too prideful for his own good, but he's funny enough. Sister is a complete bitch, who already likes to manipulate people. My brother and I are complete opposites. He's all feels, I'm all reals, but we do bond from time to time quite strongly. Unlike my sister, who just walks all over him (despite him being 20 years older than her). >Do you think your MBTI influences the relationship with your relatives? Not particularly.
Gabriel Harris
I'M THE FUCKING COMMANDER! YOU DO WHAT I SAY BITCH!
>Your MBTI type ENTP >MBTI type of your family members Mother is ISFJ, brother is ISTP, father is ENFP, sister is ESFP >What is your relation with your family? Somewhat good, sometimes bad >Do you think your MBTI influences the relationship with your relatives? Yes, because it's sometimes hard to deal with sensors and feelers.
John Howard
Are all INTP's like this? because that's pretty hot. I heard that most INTP's will go full autismo on you if you try to one up them. If thats true than thats some sexy shit man. Is it true?
Is it still entp if you get into arguments with someone you perceive is of lower intelligence and deserves to be punished, and lose?
Nicholas Lopez
>ENTJ >ESTP dad, ISFJ mom, INFJ sister >mixed honestly. It has gotten better though >yeah mom is supposed to be my conflictor and shit can escall
Leo Lopez
>Your MBTI type ENTJ >MBTI type of your family members Mother is INTP or something. Father is totally ESTP giga chad Brother is some ultra normie >What is your relation with your family? Cool but they expectations about me is ultra high and i want to achieve everything but im only starting so sometimes we argue over my career. I know that im going to be successful one in our family. >Do you think your MBTI influences the relationship with your relatives? maybe. While me being ENTJ totally like in memes my parents are kinda more complicated so idk.
Kevin Cruz
I called the T. force and they're on their way right now to cap your ass kid. Maybe if you would've just givem me the keys so I could walk in the door you wouldn't be in this situation. But I guess you're a bit of moron huh? Rest in piss scum bag.
>MBTI type of your family members I don't know. Mom is kind of similar to me I guess. It's hard to tell if she's a different type, or if it's just because she's a woman.
>What is your relation with your family? I would call it awful. I don't have many good things to say about them, but have a lot of resent. I never really seriously confronted them on the awful upbringing they gave me, but they know by now thanks to all the insulting remarks I make in a half-joking manner.
>Do you think your MBTI influences the relationship with your relatives? I guess there are some cases where my type accentuated our problems. Whenever they didn't do something that a parent is supposed to do I never tried to substitute that, and just sort of 'let it be' as if it's perfectly fine as long as it's not my fault. I actually seem to have a serious problem with being completely helpless if someone is supposed to help me and doesn't. It's like when you're in a math class, and the teacher expects you to know things that were never taught.
Joshua Hughes
Sure man I can do that, I can do anything.
Noah Stewart
That's it dirtbag, this entire building is now under lockdown. No one goes through ANY doors without my permission. Anyone that tries is getting terminated.
Yeah well i didn't ask for a charred roast, so a game will have to do. I changed my mind, any game. Just give me something. Maybe a low quality visual novel?
Why? What did i do wrong? I just want a simple payment in exchange for my services. A game worth 50 cents is enough, and for only that you get wild autism at your disposal during the current encounter. I don't see why you're complaining.
Adam Gray
HOLY FUCKING SHIT ARE YOU SERIOUS?! Nigga I had important shit in there! REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
pretty firm INTJ here though over years definitely drifted much closer to E.
anyway, recently I fell super hard for a chick that I found incredibly relatable (rare for me). randomly discovered at a point she was INTJ as well.
you guys think there's any value to significantly considering this sort of "personality match" when looking for a serious partner? I would be curious if anyone has seen any musings on this topic online, or has any personal anecdotes.
Luis Sanders
Quick, uhhh... teh building itself can't be lined with explosives, because that'd be moronic and impractical, therefore most probably there are certain key spots where the explosives are placed to make the entire building collapse. You gotta do some work too, if you wanna get out of here
Luke Hall
I say our best bet is to get to the control room and cut the self destruct sequence, cut the power to the building, along with the multiple backup generators (because no one's actually that stupid, to rely on just one backup generator) or disarm the explosives, although depending on the material it might be suicide. And i wouldn't really care if you kill yourself, but i still have people to fuck over and hearts to break
Colton Bailey
>Sister 1 - INTJ >>first child of the parents, received the best and the most growing up, mother's favorite, went off to medical school to study microbiology or some other nerd field, very short and thin physique but still bold, moved off to the big city as soon as possible
fairly interesting, first child INTJ here, I also needed to GTFO and go out on my own at the earliest opportunity... went off to engineering school in a big city, and then went on to find work in a nerd field, always situated in other big cities.
