Hello robots. Yesterday I graduated university a friendless virgin at the embarrassing age of 22. I am run down, lonely, and depressed and feel that I either need a change or must put an end to this miserable cycle. For the next 500 days I will be chronicling my attempt to become a happy and functioning member of the society which has so cruelly rejected me. This 500 day period will then be culminated by glorious triumph or a suicide via plummet from a local high-rise. The regular threads will forsake this lengthy introduction for a summary of my current goals. This summary will then be followed by a greentexted ledger of my current progress. As of this moment my goals include cleaning my room, clearing up my acne so I can take pictures for Tinder, and increasing my nonexistent self confidence. Following the threads I will be around for one hour each day to discuss strategy with those which may choose to join my escapade, as it is my perhaps delusional desire to inspire others to attempt to escape from the shadows alongside me.
Current Progress
>acne 47 small pimples/scars worse than normal from finals' stress >lifts (bench, squat, deadlift, OHP) 140x5, 185x5, 220x5, 90x5 >nofap/noporn streak 0 >tinder matches 0 >dates 0 >sex count 0 >general self confidence very poor >current self help book How to Win Friends and Influence People >current fun book The Count of Monte Cristo
I do occasionally but it is very hard to establish relationships with complete strangers that may not be receptive. That is why I wish to begin with online dating since they in theory should at least want to talk to me if matched

Damn, OP don't give up on your life, been there too, just find something you actually enjoy doing and give your all in doing it, what actually saved me back then was doing an exam and becoming an agent in the police (Brazilfag here), getting some more money helped me buy a house and better myself overall, wich gave me confidence and i finally managed to get laid sometimes plus, ending a life can give you an idea of what's life worth (Protip, it isn't worth jackshit)
Nicholas Mitchell
Good luck user, I'm rooting for you. Do you have a job lined up yet?
Adam Watson

alright user, ill be following. hope you succeed unlike the rest of us
Ok OP, I follow you. I'm 22. Virgin. And graduated in 1 month.
I do enough sport. I do have acne but it is not bothering me. My main point would be to avoid computer. I will not spend more than one hour/day on any screens. I will find a wage job + an internship (I study law). I will have to read at least 3 books/week. I also practice piano and want to develop my skills. And of course, girlfriends.
Lets do it, man. I'm French, therefore my signature would be "The French fag".
Where are you from ?
Jacob Rogers
Shit dude, we all can succeed, try this shit out, it certainly helped me.
Yeah I suppose I don't need to be so harsh, I'm just wary of blog posters stirring up shit on this already shit infested board.
Good luck man I hope something changes
Xavier Thompson
I am from one of the very uninteresting states in middle America. I envy your goal of three books a week friend. I love reading but I'm not a very fast reader.
cheers guys

well, one of the main things you have to do is learning to organize yourself and what you have to do, the other one is learning how to organize and absorb information more efficiently, the bulk of it is just the explanation of its psychological background, def worth the read if you're obstinate about getting rid of procrastination and becoming a better person tough...

Also this is very helpful thanks user
John Cooper
If you do 500 days OP I will come meet you and buy you a milkshake (I don't drink alcohol sorry).

You're welcome OP, hope you can succeed in your hunt for a better you Also, a tip:If you're average looking you can always go for the chubby girls(they lack confidence) and if you feel scared of doing so, alittle bit of liquid courage will always help you out and trust me IT WORKS, found my current GF doing so, and boy oh boy they get super hot once you can convince them to diet and join the gym with you.
Hunter Smith
Why do you put this on r9k? Mirror this on tumblr or something where we can actually keep track of you and ask you questions randomly.
