For the first two it depends on the girl. I wasnt really sure about that kind of stuff, so I decided to just be honest and it turns out she was having the same issue, so we decided as much as we can would be good.
For the third one its a bit more situational. Did you go on vacation? Get her a souvenir. Is it her birthday or some other gift giving time? Get her a gift. Otherwise the most you ever have to give her is, occasionally, food.
The fourth one is a bit more complex, but usually you just have to take her somewhere you both want to go. Want to go watch a movie? Take your gf. Want to go to IHOP? Take your gf. Sometimes you might have to take her somewhere a bit more special, like an amusement park or your local Five Guys, but thats usually for special occasions, like her birthday or your anniversary.
The last one is probably the easiest. Normally she will invite you to meet her parents when she thinks its a good time, so the main problem is actually interacting with her parents.

Unless your girlfriend looks like shrek and smells like feet, you'll probably find you just end up doing what they want all the time. Yesterday I spent two hours waiting for her to get her hair done, had to help her to do her fake tan and bought her some clothes. Sex is great tho. So I'm not complaining .
