Oh, it's got plenty of porn, in fact an entire "R-18" section. You will need to make a Pixiv account to see any R-18 stuff, but they're painless for westerners to make, especially compared to other JP sites I've seen
As for where to find the good stuff, you just gotta know where to start looking. A lot of images on boorus will have source links to the original Pixiv works (you might have to log in to the booru itself to see the link), but once you're at the source it'll have clickable tags to help you find similar stuff. You might need to use your browser's translate ability to understand them since most of them are Japanese, but the site's been making efforts to be easier to use for non-JP users so many tags will now already have full translations or at least pronunciation next to them, which can help you get going

Yes. They censor the dicks and vags because Japanese law and you need an account for the nudes. My main complaint is the clumsy/inefficient interface/navigation. Some images have multiple images buried behind them that pretty much require you to click that cover image which opens a page and then click "show more" which opens another page to even preview those other images, and often those images are hardly even related.
