I've been in some of these, but discord servers all tend to fizzle out and die and they're no different. The servers I've been in with the most girls have all been ruined by men. The couple different female only servers with verification I've been invited to have been boring.
Discord and Jow Forums users are cancerous, so you won't find anywhere like that which is decent or it won't last long if you do. Most servers with girls tend to just be trannies or catfish, which are always pretty obvious from their male socialisation.
Places like lolcow are even worse. There's not really anywhere good for female 'outcasts'.
