It's just a fucking hand.

I did some grip training bullshit for some reason (ego probably) before I actually started lifting. My grip hasn't significantly improved since. Currently able to close a CoC 1.5. The #2 fucks up my hand, so I stopped doing direct grip training.

Got an adjustable grip strengthener piece of shit just to see how hard I could squeeze. It only goes up to 90 lbs and I can do it no problem. Should have actually looked up what qualifies as a strong grip is before I got this piece of shit.

I bet you can grip really hard with that.

Post double overhand diddly maxes. No straps or chalk

>Grip strength comes from the hand
Post forearms, you brainlets

Grip strength is mainly hand and finger strength desu.

Best ways to improve grip? My overhand deadlift is sad.

Shave please

>shave
Trimming is best. Don’t get itchy, don’t look like a prebubescent child, don’t have a gross unkepmt forest in your pants

Probably around 130kg or 135kg lel. My mixed grip max is 170kg.

why would you ever shave

suitcase carries, farmer carries, RDLs, deadlifts, lots of stuff you can do...

>what happens when you do hook grip

Max I've been able to double overhand without any aids is 125kg/275lbs.

You are retarded.

My forearm after grip training for the 2nd time ever. Doing it so I can deadlift double overhand without bar slipping.

that's a nice dick user

You don’t want to just be squeezing them. You need to squeeze and hold once you can do 30 seconds move on to 5x30 and then move up in difficulty.

1 handed hanging

Christ

170 kg hook grip

>"oof oof"
>"user can you open up this container? its sealed tight and i cant get a grip on it because its slippery"

Meh I hate giving a shitty answer but I've always been a grip chad. I think I had over 4pl8 before having to switch to hook

What am I supposed to look at? What shows good grip?

Lets say you are gonna do farmer walks. Three sets of minute long walks.

What weight you go for?

forearm

What about it though? Is there a tendon I'm supposed to look for? Is it the definition of the forearm?

A weight that allows you to hold it for three sets of 1 minute.

300 american weight units.
1 3-5rep set is doable without chalk, anymore than that is dangerous for me.

>grip chad
>sub 6 pl8
newfags pls go
