As of july last year: 120 bench 200 squat and I guess we can say 240DL idk if I could still do that cause I dont pull sumo anymore but I suppose we can use it

Now mind you I am a whole weightclass heavier now than I was then so its prolly more now but we just haven’t tested and I cant really speculate too hard

The pain has moved from the top of my knee to the bottom of my knee and is more acute than chronic lads. I'll take it. Someday I'll be able to squat without it injuring me. At least my bench isn't trash.

It's always so exhausting. People can't control themselves when they are drunk. At one point I have three of my mates trying to wrestle me because they want to take down the big guy.
Kind of funny but also kind of cringy and really awkward when some drunk guy gets into it and starts taking it "seriously".
Nightlife is incredibly exhausting and I am always glad when I can get back home and just chill in front of my PC being able to do whatever I want to.

Has anyone had success with higher rep deadlifts? Like sets of 6-8 reps for a main set? My deadlift is going nowhere so I want to try something different.

I did some real power clean volume. Then the day after I was sitting down and after standing up I noticed my lower left abs / pelvis area kinda felt strained.

It effected my bench for 1 day then after that its not effected anything. However the pain there hasn't subsided at all in like 5 days. Its as bad as it was from the beginning.
