IIRC my maxes were like this before I stopped lifting:
65 kg OHP.
95 kg bench.
120 kg squat.
170 kg deadlift.
Took me like two years lmao. I just did stupid routines and didn't eat enough. I made gains quicker after re-starting. Muscle memory thing seems to be real.

You have all these guys who turn t-rex mode afterdoing SS; well, I think that is because they are just built like that. My legs never blew up, even though they were proportionally thick before I started lifting. 5'5, 138 lbs.

1) Low intensity steady state cardio, hr no greater than 135 and no lower than 125.
2) Actual strength training, squats etc
3) don’t attempt to gain or lose any weight, just trade fat for muscle. You can keep the feminine shape but get a tighter and more athletic look.
