Need to get ready for the fitness requirements, I'm all good strength wise but I realised ive never ran before.
how possible would it be to get to a 9 minute 1.5 mile run from standard dyel body? How long would this take with a clean diet and training every other day?

would take 3 to 4 months.
I joined the navy doing a 13:30 1.5mi
finished boot with a 10:30
during schooling I got down to a 9:30.
i've been in for a year and two months and run an 8:10. High Outstanding across the board for my age group.
Its the easiest thing to improve on.
Good luck being the buttslave in the army. But to answer your question, less than a month. 1.5 miles isn't a lot. I kinda look like you and I can do that easy.
Worry about it once you're in.
If you're putting it off until you have good fitness you're just gonna make another excuse to not join.
If you have and already have your shipping date to basic, do 60 120s, they help build your leg muscles and help to build your cardiovascular system.
T. 12:14 2 mile
OP please start hormones. You could be a stunning trap!
Wide hips of PEACE
He could probably make way more as a camgirl than in the military.
what nec? 3 year contract?
Already applied, just trying to be as prepared as possible
how many do you recommend for a beginner?
navy SECF, Im a submariner.
5 year contract.
Cardio did not kill gains either
Judging by the tampons and facial scrub you are American. U.S. Army runs 2 miles for testing not 1.5 themoreyouknow.jpg
your probably larping anyway so go fuck yourself
why not go nuke?
My buds in the Army, Navy, and the USCG, and they all say that the skinny dudes excel at basic training because they all run better. Strength is important, but there are countless dudes who show up to boot being swole and then end up dropping out
Wasnt interested in the subject.
Coner life is more interesting and career paths branch better.
Those hips
>fertility queen
its the easiest thing in the world.
you literally dont even need to train.
>calls himself armyfag
>not even in the army
this guy has hips like a fucking girl
Here's a start.
When you do PT at basic you'll run 30 60s for around 30 minutes. If you really want to be prepared, do 60 120s for half an hour. Remember to hydrate, and only do them every other day to give time for your legs to recover.
>being the buttslave in the army.
...i-is that a thing in the army? I thought that was just a prison thing.
pretty ancient custom
So is enslaving your enemy. But it's not a thing anymore.
>what is debt slavery
>what is circumcision
>>what is debt slavery
Something that isn't done in the west anymore.
>>what is circumcision
Something that only the ignorant, or religious do.
whole countries are enslaved by debt through the IMF, whole populations are enslaved mentally and ritually through circumcision
If youre training for a 1.5, run 3.
>9:50 1.5
Sorry, my earlier post I meant we don't do that in the west anymore.
Slavery still exists, while sex slavery is more common chattel slavery is still a thing in places like Mauritania.
>whole countries are enslaved by debt through the IMF,
Eh, I guess.
>whole populations are enslaved mentally and ritually through circumcision
Agree, but I'm an uncut American so there's nothing I can do about that.
same here, and yeah not much to be done or said. it's not like you can mention it to cutfags without riling up their insecurities, and it's not like you're going to mention it with most new fathers because like, asking about their son's dick and whether they cut it is pretty invasive. But it shouldn't be so taboo in america, y'know, seeing as cut dicks are fucking gross.
The only way we can have a conversation on this honestly is if it starts elsewhere. There's some push in Iceland to ban non-medical neo-natal circumcision. If it spills over into a bigger European country then it will hit American shores as well.
I'm a big fan of you being able to do whatever the fuck you want. If you want to get cut, do it. But that's your decision not your mother's, and certainly not when you're just born.
