anons I really need advice, I cant figure out how to gain strenght. I've been workng out for 6 months now and my lifts are 35kg OH 60kg bp 75kg squat and 90kg dl 5x5 for all. I've been running a 5x5 program and I really cant get pass through those numbers, even after deloads. Strange thing is i've gained around 7 kgs since i started training and I look better but my strenght doesnt go up

are you actually trying to increase or pussying out when the weight feels heavy
its either that or not eating enough, but you say youve gained weight so.
keep lurking
You need to start by not being a Nazi because Nazism is scientifically proven to lower test.
>are you actually trying to increase
not OP but i have the same problem, explain how the increase part pls bb
>y-yea fuck o-o-off youre j-just s-s-sc-scum
I really am and I push myself but my limits seem to be the same, and I really believe i am eating enough since i gained weight and not just a couple kilos

are you eating enough user? try reducing the reps
Eat more and lift more, do dips to help bench, throw in some chins ups. Mix up your routine lower weight for a bit and increase reps. Do seated db shoulder press and db bench just keep mixing things up do dbs a few sessions then bbs the next few
Adjust your routines and shit, make sure you find the amount of volume and frequency that works for you and your weekly routines.
Depends on the excercise too, I had zero (0) fucking progress on bench until I started benching 3 times a week, each with different volume work. f.ex. 2reps until max, 3x3, 5x5, 3x8 etc.
After I hit 2pl8 binch I quit it though, replaced it with dips and incline and have had steady strength gains there for 2 years without the ridiculous frequency.
so y'all have just got to try new shit if something doesnt work at all for 2-3 months, and you know you're eating enough and sleeping well.
Try daily undulating periodisation or a conjugate style program. My deadlift was stuck at 127.5kg for 10 months and since I started conjugate january 2nd I DLd 150kg
How important is it to have a friend spot you to increase your bp, squat etc?
Im too autistic to ask a random person to spot me
Jow Forums is a natsoc board
OP here, do you guys think i should increase my rest between sets to 5min to keep making progress?
>resting 5min between sets
That is just being an asshole. 90 sec max rest. Change volume if you plateau on intensity.
can you explain more about ths kind of program? how does it work and where can I find a program like this to follow?
Just ask. Or use the safety bars in the cage
thats why i didnt do it. but some guy suggested that i should in other thread, what would you suggest me to do instead? reduce volume?
extremely important in bp, but thas it mang.
>7 kg in 6 months
that's pathetic desu, with noob gains you should have put on a lot more muscle. eat more is the best tip.
A conjugate program is where you just make it up as you go along. You do a lift that's similar to a squat or deadlift for lower body days, and a bench press variation on upper body days. Westside barbell does this program, but it's quite advanced and you probably don't have most of the equipment they might use. You can do something like westside for skinny bastards (t-na tion.com/workouts/westside-for-skinny-bastards-1)
Daily undulating periodisation is just training in a different rep range to confuse the body (not a meme). For example, you might do 3x10 squats one week, then the next you do 3x5, and then the week after that 3x8 and so on up to sets of 20 reps.
