Explain.

what the fuck are we supposed to eat?
Animals and animal products.

aren't animal products to high in saturated fats and cholesterol?

This. Clearly stop being a vegetable loving faggot OP and eat 100% meat and dairy. The fatter the contents, the better it is for T-levels. Also, plain water should be replaced with juice concentrate or protein shakes. Processed carbs also are a more efficient source of energy throughout the day compared to whole grains and oats. The science behind this isn't debatable.

Yes – and that's a good thing. Cholesterol is required to produce testosterone. And saturated fat doesn't cause heart disease, as was previously thought.

everything kills you in some way, some foods just outweigh the negative with more positives

Stop overanalyzing. If you're eating better than 95% of people, that's enough. You're not going to see a significant improvement to your health, if any, by limiting your consumption of broccoli and cauliflower.

This is a general fitness tip. Stop obsessing about the minute details, it doesn't. fucking. matter.

a little bit of everything in moderate amounts.
Trial and error has designed us to be able to survive and thrive off of a wide variety of diets. While there may be a "best diet we can come up with for X goal" there are no perfect nutrition plans because no perfect diet exists for us. We're all incredibly dynamic, complex machines that can be wildly different mechanically.

Crunchy Lucifer could be a band name

Everybody tells you to eat your greens etc. maybe the people who avoided vegetables are actually healthier? is such a thing possible

Thats only when you have a horrible diet (thats all you eat) and only when eaten raw.

What the fuck dude?
Aren't cruciferous vegetables anti estrogenic?

Eat a bit of everything?
Seriously some of the people here might actually be morons.

I like your backwards way of thinking kid. Youve got a future around here.

not backwards at all
plants are toxic by nature
westonaprice.org/health-topics/vegetarianism-and-plant-foods/plants-bite-back/

Exercise is inflammatory.
Glucose is toxic.
Muscles strain the cardiovascular system.
Protein consumption is toxic.

Ggot any more irrelevant misleading shit to share?

> Cholesterol is required to produce testosterone.
Not dietary cholesterol.
> And saturated fat doesn't cause heart disease, as was previously thought.
No, it does.

I like your fact-based approach kid, youve got a future around here.

plants cause heart disease. Not animals

Not an appropriate source for such a claim.

Explain the difference between dietary cholesterol and why the bodies own is better? Is dietary chol really not used in the production of T? what does our body use to make cholesterol?

Also

Sat fat can be broken down into multiple categories right? Some saturated fats are good for you

I'll take my chances.

Dudeeee lmaoooo oxalates :DDDD dudeeeeeeeeeeee

>Explain the difference between dietary cholesterol and why the bodies own is better? Is dietary chol really not used in the production of T? what does our body use to make cholesterol?
Every cell in your body has the means to produce cholesterol. Most of the cholesterol you produce is made by your liver and transported through the blood in lipoproteins. The cholesterol used in hormone creation is synthesized in the leydig cells directly, not taken from the blood. Eating dietary cholesterol increases the already more than sufficient amount of cholesterol in the blood and may cause inflammation, while being wholly unrelated to the process of creating sex hormones. The idea is purely broscience and makes no sense beyond thinking "cholesterol = hormones, so if I eat cholesterol I'll make lots of testosterone and there's nothing else to it"

>Sat fat can be broken down into multiple categories right? Some saturated fats are good for you
Saturated fats are made of saturated fatty acids. Some saturated fat acids, like the short-chain fatty acid butyrate, may not be bad for you, but you don't take them in isolation. Butyrate is named after butter, the food it was originally associated with, but since butter still contains plenty of the harmful long-chain fatty acids, it's still a harmful saturated fat.
Same thing with coconut oil. While a good amount of its saturated fatty acids are the medium-chain variety that don't raise blood cholesterol, it's so saturated that even with half of it being medium chain, it still contains a lot of the harmful ones. All fats are a mixture of fatty acids.

poonciferous vagetables

That's if you don't get enough iodine

most is true but cholesterol does not cause inflamation. If you are already inflamed and your arteries get damaged as a result cholesterol builds up in those damaged areas IF the cholesterol is oxidized

Not him and you're right but that's why you want a low LDL level, there will always be some tiny tears in your arteries and you don't want to immediately build plaque when it's not necessary. Keep it as low as possible, as you said your body will increase cholesterol levels itself if there's a problem.

yup, you want low systemic inflammation but high local inflammation for repair.
You need good Omega 3/6 balance to lower inflammation.
You also need to lower homocysteine which is a toxin that builds up naturally and is the main culprit behind arterial damage. To do that you need b12 b6 and folate which are found in green leafy veggies, cruciferous veggies like broccoli and grass fed meat+liver

If you eat other foods and exercise regularly, it cancels that shit out.

We need iq tests for fit. Stop trying to kill op

The body makes enough cholesterol on its own for daily function. Dietary cholesterol is just extra

> but cholesterol does not cause inflamation
Dietary cholesterol and excess blood cholesterol both cause inflammation
