Hey, 5'9", 145 lb manlet, former fatass here. Been working out for the first time in my life since last summer, but only seriously for about 6 monthes. I've lost about 20-30 pounds from my weight in highschool, where I weighed anywhere between 165-175 depending on the year. Could I get a BF% estimate? Yeah, I have better fitting pants and jeans, but those are for work and fit fine over boots. They were dirt cheap so I got em.
I've put thought into getting contacts but never followed through. The marks are acne and it's actually alot Better than it was and improving steadily due to CVS creames. If I stop seeing results with basic hygene and scrubs I'm going to seek treatment. Thanks for the advice bro
