Stretch your front neck, shoulders and chest and train lats, traps and the back of your neck. I had the same posture as you. Your shoulders are turned forward.
If ypu get the imbalance under control you'll also hit your chest and back more. When you have forward rolled shoulders you tend to activate your triceps and biceps more than they should during chest and back excercises making it more arm dominant excercises.
Also do you sit alot? Playing vidya and shit. It looks like you dont watch your posture while sitting and lean forward. Be mindfull of this.

Judging by your body i assume you are in your early 20s so what you have at the moment is better than most people. Cut maybe 1 - 2% more to reveal your core a bit more and you will be fine to keep going as you are.
