I'm 30 and i don't agree at all. I see guys in their 20s who fuck around, talk for five minutes between sets without doing anything, play on their phones, they have no idea what they are doing and are just generally lazy.
I've been training for ten years I know what I'm doing, I take 30 servings breaks and in that time I have a drink and think about my next lift. I have less time than I did when I was younger so I go to the gym I do what I have to and leave.
