>tfw cutting
>tfw lifting
I'm exhausted brahs. I feels weak and pethetic, I feel like going home and crying, I'm losing my strength and energy. Help me
Tfw cutting
>TFW keep saying I'll start the cut tomorrow
welp, I'm fat again
You have 3 months lad, start today
Testosterone often decreases significantly when cutting too hard. ZMA is your friend.
It's rough as hell, I'm cutting about 600 cals from my maintinence so it may be a bit aggressive and I've been on ZMA for a while now too. Low test life is awful, how do soyboys do it?
Wouldn't know about soy, I'm about dar dere steak.
Try having a high-fat week, try keto/similar.
>Lift weights brah! It'll help depression and energy
>Eat right! It'll help!
>Sleep 8 hours!
>Plenty of water!
>Get a haircut! Hygiene! Dress better!
Years after doing that I still feel like shit and have no energy. I don't know that it ever gets better.
I'm gonna do it this time
why do you guys go to gyms? i dont leave my house. why would you want to be around people? i bought my own weight bench, treadmill, ect. fuck the world.
>cardio in the morning
>skip breakfast
>small lunch
>gym in evening
>dinner after gym
>slam two protein shakes a day in between meals
>caffeine pills and maybe ephedrine
Not that hard.
Plan again you cutting strategy and add a refeed day every 2 weeks or even weekly.
Use mini cuts vs +8w cuts.
Try IF.
Try keto.
Post body. I suspect you're a dyel.
Forgot to mention I'm cycling off caffeine at the same time... kill me now
Well don't. Do it after cutting. Cutting without caffeine would be unbearable for me.
>TFW went from 102 kg (225 lbs) to 68 kg (150 lbs) 183 cm (6ft)
>TFW they used to call me fat
>TFW now they say I'm about to vanish into thin air
>TFW I have a physically demanding job and there's no way I can bulk
Naw
I know this feel.
About a year ago I went from 97kg down to 70 and everyone is like, "ARE YOU EATING!?"
And honestly, the answer was no. I was eating a bowl of noodles every other day because I was living in extreme poverty.
Felt good to be thin, though. Then I got a good job and got fat again.
Sup bro, this happens to me. Eating carbs before and after training, while maintaing a deficit has helped. Also plenty of rest and bcaas have helped
That sucks man, I hated bulking until I was uncomfortable eating but what are you gonna do
first you have to have a house :(((
600 is not an aggressive cut at all, you'll be just fine
if you diet for an extended period of time, sure
best to keep cuts short and aggressive, but this is really only advisable if you aren't too fat to begin with
cutting like 10-12lbs can be done in 6 weeks, but if you have 20+lbs to cut (in which case you already fucked up royally and got too fat) you are going to be in for a rough time
>tfw bulk went too far and i now got 20lbs to cut
>tfw home gym
Replace with amphetamines, the ultimate cut aid ;)
Most of that is muscle right user?
>tfw no gym, home or otherwise
>tfw bodyweight and cuts
I'm on the same boat. Cutting on a 1000 calorie deficit. 30 days in, 30-60 more days to go. I'm losing 2lbs a week like I should be, but all my lifts suck and I feel tired as shit.
>mfw cutting and hit a 15kg overall PR front squat for a DOUBLE at 180kg
Try harder
You are going to become skinnyfat lol
Without steroids there is no way you will retain muscle
6'6 205 right now, feel like I'm 14%. Eating plenty of protein (40C/020F/40P) so I should retain most muscle. Abs are slowly starting to come through finally, goal is 190-195 and then build back up from there and never go past 14%.
disagree, i did 1000 calorie deficit for a good few months with pretty good results, and the results would have been even better if i didn't have so much weight to cut and would have kept the duration shorter
muscle loss is massively overstated, you can go look up the guidelines by guys like Helms, Aragon, Morgan, and Lyle and see what they have to say about speed of cut vs. bodyfat percentage, for a short duration cut you can get away with 1% bw per week loss as long as protein is kept high
you sure as fuck won't hit PRs on 1000 calorie deficit though
1000 calories is pretty steep my man
I went with around 3-500 it was hard to tell cause my TDEE is kinda difficult to pinpoint depending on my training load at the time and I lost like 2 inches off my legs(albeit idk if it was muscle or fat but it still upset me)
Go easy then bruv. You should be maintaining your muscle while cutting, not trying to add more on.
Here's the perfect product for you, bruv.
it was fat and glycogen depletion, you didn't lose muscle on a 500 calorie deficit
if you set it up correctly you won't lose muscle on a 1000 calorie deficit either until you dip into fairly low bodyfat
Naw
How many days a week you lifting?
Yea I wouldn’t cut for longer than 2 months at a time. After 2 months start bulking right away(250 cal surplus)and try to get back to your previous strength levels. Then start cutting again for a month or two.
what do you mean "set it up correctly"?
I hear you, I just can't cut and function normally. I get anxious, depressed, my libido drops and everything is the worst.
At least I'm not fat anymore but fuck those last 10 lbs. I'll have to recomp or something.
eat enough protein, time carbs so you have energy for your training sessions, keep the duration reasonable (extended cut at 1k+ deficit is not a great idea, it's a short duration cut strategy), don't do 1k deficit if you are small or already sub 12% bf
>tfw drinking alone on my birthday
happy birthday user!
