either way I suppose I agree. Playing drums for 9 years now. However, the better your technique gets, the less tiring stuff gets.

I remember when I first got my double kick pedal, I was absolutely astounded how bands like Slayer managed to play for more than 30 seconds at a time kek. Longer you practice the faster you can get whilst playing relaxed

Trombone player reporting in. Who /marchingband/ here? I originally started working out so i could take my shirt off and look jacked for practice in the summer and nail all the crazy and horny marching band grills
