For some reason i abnormally strong at this. I like doing it because i can lift so much more than my weight i have to use my legs to pull my self down. Im strong at rowing too but just average/slightly below average with other muscle groups.
There is no asthetic or symmetrical reason i should work my back but i guess i like the attention i get from it.
For me, it's the zercher front raise.

Guys, I have a problem with biceps curl. It hurts my wrists. I had no problem prior with less weight and I have no problem doing hammer curl with the same weight. What did I do wrong? And is it bad if I do 6x8-12 of hammer curl instead of 3x8-12 + 3x8-12?
try reverse curling or using a rope and cable instead of a dumbell
