Been lifting almost 2 years. But I actually got focused on it and got on a program last year and stopped doing machine only isolation exercises. I also ran SL for way too long. Then I fucked my rotator cuff in my left shoulder and haven't benched in about 4 months. I can OHP without pain but flat BB bench causes pain. Sucks. Who else here Tealman?

little over a year of serious lifting, just hit 405 on deadlift today and finally got 225 on bench 2 days ago. feelsgoodman

it's harder to progress your upper body than your lower body, do more volume or add accessories

you forgot to color the face

Thanks man, il try that.

whats a normal bench to squat ratio? im at 225 bench and 330 squat, does that sound about right?

Nope, i can nearly bench as much as i squat. 6'4

Wow it's almost like different people's lifts progress at different rates!

i know right

When a fatass with apt and weak core decides to weight train for 5 months.

should i count the weight of the bar?
4 months phraks gslp

Attached: symmetric.png (902x1106, 328K)

I'm 4 inches shorter than you and we weight the same. Picture please

Yes count the weight of the bar and squeeze your ass and legs and core hard when overhead pressing. You can lift more than that no problem I believe in u

Holy fuck yes count the weight of the bar. Can't believe someone actually fell for that meme

How would you guys log a Yates row when the only option is Pendlay row? From what I understand, it's easier to pull heavier weight doing a Yates, so if I put 102.5lbs into SS that would be incorrect, right?

>so this is the power of vegetarians

Attached: oh.png (800x769, 126K)

Just go do some pendlay row and see how much you can lift

Grew up in a family that knew nothing about exercise, diet had close to zero protein content, spent several years doing no exercise but long runs
All of this added up to holocaust mode with an almost completely atrophied upper body

post body sir
