Chipotle is honestly solid as Fuck if you don't get bored of it. Good macros good micros cheap price just go for double of everything to get 2 bowls for the price of one plus extra meat.
Look up chicken picatta easy as Fuck and tasty as Fuck
I get frozen rice from traders Joe's 3 mins in the microwave and it's perfect.
Veges u can do whatever is fresh near u just chop it up throw it in a pan with some oil
Bam u got a gourmet meal that takes like 20 mins and is super easy.
Tacos are another good one, simple.
Basically you can start with chicken figure out what sauce or seasoning or style if cooking you like. Then throw on your rice for some carbs and veges for dem micros
You can't really go wrong with the protein +carb+vege formula
Never thought of that I always just get double meat on one bowl
Get a Costco membership
Buy bulk chicken and bulk veggies and bulk rice
Eat the same thing everyday, life is a series of meaningless electromagnetic impulses anyway just convince yourself it’s delicious and the only food you deserve
Congrats
Yeah the only things that cost extra are meat and guac you can pile on the rice beans cheese salsas and they won't charge ya extra. And if you aren't a big guy who can eat 2 bowls worth in One sitting it's not too bad reheated of cold
i do exactly that but you should really kill yourself
The only thing that holds u back is how much they can stack on it lmao I've had some bowls tip over
That's exactly what I do minus the Rick and Morty quotes.
My daily food pretty much boils down to
A. 55g of Rice or Pasta (Throw in a pan with water, boil 25 minutes, drain).
B. 40g worth of protein of some combination of chicken, salmon, tuna, mackerel, turkey mince. (Cook in a pan or in the oven for 15-30 minutes).
C. 55g of Some type of beans, red kidney beans, cannellini beans, butter beans, etc. (Buy in a tin, throw in microwave for 1.5 minutes, mix with rest of food).
D. Veg - Broccoli, Peas, Spinach, Garlic.
Just mix/mash all A, B, C, and D together, and wala, healthy meal, you honestly can't go wrong with the simple meals. Best cooked in a bulk, buy 4 times the amount, cook 4 times worth of food, then just throw it in a container and put it in the fridge ready to be microwaved the next 3-4 days.
If it tastes too plain for you, add some cooking sauce to it. I pretty much eat some combination of this every day.
Yeah 50% of the time they never ever charge me for double one time a qt told me she like my sweater and if it was polo, I literally said y-you too
1lb of boars head turkey
1lb of boars head ham
1lb of cheese (swiss or cheddar)
Loaf of nature’s own 100% wheat bread
Baby spinach
Tomatoes
Pickles
Banana peppers (in the damn jar)
Dukes mayo
Spicy brown mustard
Congrats you now have shit to make a good macros lunch for a week and a half and it cost you probably 1/10th of what it would cost to eat that take out shit you’re having every day for that long.
Is that pre packaged deli meat?
How is it hard for you incels to make meals
My lunches I prep for 4/5 workdays are as follows
>5-600 calories of rice/pasta/potatoes
>Around 350 calories of a lean meat like chicken or steak or lean ground beef
>something to fluff it up to around 1000-1100 calories be it sauce or beans ect...
Like this week I made 2 portions of chicken alfredo and 2 portions of beef black bean and rice taco bowl things
They fuel me really well for my afternoon workouts with all the carbs and have good protien content
hardboiled eggs are pretty easy
beans are pretty easy too
chicken is 4 minutes on medium rare, flip, 3 more minutes, cut into pieces, continue cooking the bits that aren't done yet and hope you don't get food poisoning
canned fish is amazing
yogurt is amazing
turkey bologna is okay in moderation, although it is heavily processed
most veggies consist of buying from the frozen section, throwing it into the microwave for 2 minutes, mix it up a bit, nuking it for 3 minutes more
Pretty much my meal everyday.
>Frozen Brocolli Stir Fry mix
>Meat(shrimp, steak, sausage)
>Cook the meat first then add the vegetables
>stir around, cover for a minute or two
>scrape the bottom of the skillet to get off any stuff stuck to it
>cover for a few minutes and check for when the vegetables are done to your liking.
Modify portions depending on your needs. You can add rice but im on a keto diet so i dont.
I usually try and mix it up by using different types of meat.
>pic related
What ive been eating once a day for the past week on OMAD.
Greek yogurt, almonds and cinnamon mixed in a bowl.
Do you cook the meat in the over on the top?
How dare you ask that about Boars Head
Just googled it is it in the middle open freezer sections? Or can I get it sliced at the deli part of Wal-Mart
I cook in my skillet with less than a table spoon of oil. I dont use oil for things like sausage because the fat will render and essentially make its on cooking grease. With shrimp i always end up with some stuff stuck to the bottom of the skillet. But when the veggies heat up and release moisture it will release what ever is stuck to the pan which i scrape up.(i just mix it in with everything else)
on the stove top, sorry i forgot to mention that.
Ugh seems like such a chore with Chipotle it's ~$110 a week with my recent double bowl hack I just discovered, how much do you spend a week
You spend $110 a week at Chipotle? My nigga learn how to cook. You can make your own Chipotle bowls at home daily for less than half that.
>How much do you spend a week
Depending on the meat?
10-20$ a week. But i dont even buy meat in bulk.
