Trap here. How do I get better at cardio?
I do about 20 minutes at 5kmph uphill on the treadmill everyday but find it hard to do more time as my tendons in my feet get stiff the following evening. I just wanna build up my endurance so I can get leaner.

If you can't run, bike. If you can't bike, swim. Better yet, do a mixture of all three. They're all good forms of cardio.

Walking is the only cardio that doesn't jack up your cortisol. Do walks in the forest, which has been proven to lower stress. HIIT is the only other form of cardio that doesn't ruin your body, but you can't do HIIT every day without rest. HIIT would probably increase your testosterone too much, though.

Try drinking some isotonic sport drink while doing cardio. Also try a lower % incline with longer training. Then as you get more comfortable you can increase incline and time. Maybe try making the time increase a priority
Are you taking estrogen or anti-androgens? Estrogen will prevent weight loss and anti-androgens will sap your heart and energy.
If you’re a natty trap, try swimming. Swimming will drop your muscle mass super hard. Drink some soy milk to get your body fat up and around your thighs.

Get on the elliptical or perhaps even the rowing machine for decent cardio that's low impact. I stopped hitting the treadmill for that reason.
Also probably not a good idea to mention the trap or gender thing unless it's relevant to the post, which I don't think cardio is. Strength training, sure.
